Colonial has always helped out when we've needed flowers for family events - even on very short notice (That's right - if you live in the Waynesville area and have received flowers from me, they may have been last-minute. My secret is safe with Colonial!). As a bonus, Colonial is home to a couple friendly animals. Papa B. met a cat on one of his visits, and later that weekend, I was greeted by a German Shepard puppy. "I did you a favor by adding the lilies plus I didn't charge you for the lilies" I did not ask him to add any other flower to MY ORDER and I was quite thrilled in his assurance that my requested bouquet could be filled. Sadly, he ruined my birthday gift to my dear friend. I will never give my business to Colonial Floral & gifts ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Mr. Jack did offer to go pick up the arrangement that was delivered to my friend informing me that -he would be "happy to go pick up the bouquet" So, that's how CF&G do business. Such a shame!
