This repair shop andres repair shop on three rivers road started off good at first fixing me and my…read morewife cars, and than i don't know if the management changed or what but on 1/26/18 i had my Cadillac towed to their shop because it just stop was not shaking or anything else just stop. They kept my car for five days without calling me and that Tuesday i had my wife to take me up to the shop to see what was going on and what did i see them doing work on other car's and my been sitting there for days. So i ask what was going on with my car the desk manager said he believes it the distributor cap, come on now five days just to find out a cap so he go on to tell me that the part don't come in to the next day so i had my wife to bring the part back to them so she ran out of gas before she could pull off their property she ran out of gas now keep in mind that she have spent a lot of money with this shop and they would not even help her when the gas ran out cause i had her to bring that part to the shop. So the desk manager told me that the part was $160 and we bought the part from auto zone for less okay they said my car still wasn't cranking so the next day they call and said some wires was miss up and they rewired my ignition switch also that some wires under the distributor was miss up, the desk manager call me a two hours later and say my car ready i go to pick it up it cranks up wait the desk manager tell me that for his machanic time and putting on the cap and rigging my ignition switch was $ 200 keep in mind my wife paid for the part. Know my car cranked up but it was shaking so bad trying to make it to my house around the block, got yard cut the car off and it wouldn't crank back up call them back desk manager answer i let him hear that the car wouldn't crank and he says sorry Earl. I ask what did the machanic do to my car so i can try to crank it again he says let me call you back and never answer phone for me again my wife went down there to ask them what was going on with the car and they was just standing around talking still haven't call me so they basically they just took my money and my car is still broke. These people know i am a man of GOD and done this to me i am not rich i work hard for my money and didn't deserve this i don't want this to happen to anyone else i had to get my car towed again another $ 65 to another shop and i pray that they don't do me like Andres repair shop people be very very careful have a bless year in JESUS MIGHTY NAME.
