This law firm is ran by Andrew Scott Goldstein. Goldstein's law firm handled my chapter 11 bankruptcy. During this bankruptcy he lied, cheated and stole my business and tens of thousands of dollars. He had a partner in crime named Garren Laymon which both of them falsified documents, lied on federal forms and then hid behind the fact that they were the only two to get the electronic filings. There are forgeries, falsified Federal Forms, and planted fake evidence against me personally and then charged tens of thousands of dollars for their "Services". I have the evidence to prove they have used extortion, blackmail and falsified documents to take me out of control of my company and place criminals in control. These criminals with Goldstein and Laymon's help embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars from my company. Then they made sure the Chapter 11 failed and hid the assets in the criminals name and new business that they helped her create. Now that they have left my company completely bankrupt and me penniless they are using extortion and blackmail to try and force me to file a fraudulent Federal Chapter 7 so they can get away with these crimes. I will not file a fraudulent Chapter 7 and let these criminals hide millions of dollars in assets and then put a noose around my own neck. Imagine some one taking control of your operating business that is grossing over $100,000 in business, embezzle all of he money out of the bank accounts leave me in hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt and the try and force you to break the law so they can walk away free of any crime. Then the Roanoke City Police and Common Wealth Attorney's let them do it. I guess if you are a rich attorney with a lot of strings to pull with your "attorney friends and police connections" then you can do any crime you want in Roanoke VA. NO ONE cares! Then I get harassed by the Roanoke City police for trying to turn these criminals in. NO ONE cares! Goldstein and his law firm are out right criminals and can get away with it in Roanoke VA. I guess everyone in high places just turn a blind eye and use the magical words " IT IS CIVIL". I can read and write and look thru law books. Forgeries, Blackmail, Fraud Conspiracy to commit FRAUD, EXTORTION, FALSIFYING FEDERAL COURT PAPERWORK AND FILING THEM IN FEDERAL COURT. These are all felonies with mandatory jail time. But not in Roanoke VA. These are considered "CIVIL" by the law authorities that we pay and depend on. THESE PUBLIC SERVANTS are no more than pawns to the rich and can be bought or persuaded to do what ever these criminals want them to say. The law would NOT even look at my evidence. So how do they know it is "CIVIL". It is just a word for the law enforcement authorities to hide behind. I am a disabled American Veteran that is ashamed to say I live in Roanoke due to these criminals and law enforcement that want to let the criminals "WIN". Goldstein will steal your money and his law firm will help him hide it. I have the proof, but the police will not even look at it. WHY? WHY? Will no law enforcement do their job in this city and then harass you if you try to turn in these criminals? Then Garren Laymon moves to Arizona and hides behind the scenes waiting to do it again to another poor person that does not catch them in time. Their is a FRAUD ring out of Arizona that is committing fraud here in Roanoke, but no one cares. Just turn a blind eye or act like the victim is the criminal. The reason I did not catch it sooner, is because GOLDSTEIN and LAYMON made sure they were the only two people to get the electronic filings. That's right, they hide their criminal behavior in plain site. Becasue no one else is ALLOWED to view the documents they can do forgeries, falsify documents, embezzle, blackmail you, and use extortion. All because they have "friends in high places"! This city is so corrupt that an honest person can not survive. I had to have a lawyer write a formal letter to ask for my file and I still only received a partial file. I have asked for my file and to see the tens of thousands of dollars in bills, but nothing for years. There is still more evidence to prove these criminal acts, but he is still hiding it and getting away with it. You can turn him into the authorities, but they will just protect him as a friend. They pat each other on the back and say good job as they help each other take advantage of the working man. I spent over 20 years building my business and it took Goldstein and his law firm less than 2 years to destroy it Then hide the assets and money in a company that look and sounds just like mine and is run by a criminal.
