We were under the assumption this was a retainer and the hours would be billed off this payment. We were wrong. Not only did we only have all of 45 minutes face to face with Mr Pilgreen before our hearing, he was almost an hour late to our meeting and walked us out early! 3 days we had before our court hearing, THE WEEKEND!
