We had already discussed it on the first window order, so I told him that we could take the damage that he did to my house off of the next window order and he told me he would get the windows ordered and he never did and I never heard from him. This is a very untrustworthy company do not use them. You will only regret it. I'm not sure why quality is checked. I'm trying to unchecked it quality there was no quality whatsoever. The window installers actually show up in shorts. Kind of gives you an idea of the professionalism.
