I was at a fashion show and I thought these were so cute! The photographers were so nice and the photobooth was really well done!

Robin has become family to us! She has been with us the entire journey of our family- from our…read moreengagement and wedding to our twins' first birthday and everything in between. She is a beautiful photographer who is extremely easy to work with. I've received countless numbers of complements on our pictures and have had her create several books for us to archive all of these special occasions for us. They are memories and pictures I will treasure forever. Robin's laid back attitude and artistic eye are the prefect combo. I have never felt rushed or uncomfortable with her. She truly is an Atlanta gem.

It has taken me awhile to write this review because I was so very disappointed by Robin's…read morephotography services that I wanted to allow myself to calm down before writing a review as to not be hasty or let my anger get the best of me. It has been 2+yrs. since we used Robin as our wedding photographer and I am still devastated. Our search for a wedding photographer led us to Robin due to her very low and reasonable prices. We had a tight budget for the photographer and she fit it perfectly. When we went to meet her, she was friendly and professional and her photos looked pretty good! The price is what really sold us but meeting her sealed the deal. We had her do our engagement photos and we LOVED THEM. They came out great, she captured us perfectly! She was a bit quiet, not offering too much guidance which we didn't like but the final product was great so we decided to go with her. When our wedding day arrived, I must preface with saying we had A LOT of family drama, things had not been going well and I was STRESSED. I let Robin know this when she arrived and explained to please make sure during photos to keep my family and the grooms separate....she did manage to do this, which is about he only positive thing I can say. . The rest of the day however was a nightmare. When she arrived at the bridal cottage she took very few pictures of us getting ready, of me and the bridesmaids, of my dress-really, none of the 'typical' pre-wedding shots. No shots of the rings or the shoes or the bridesmaids in their cute personalized tank tops that I made-NOTHING. I honestly don't know what she was doing---but the point is, I shouldn't need to know, I shouldn't have had to keep tabs on her and make sure that she was doing what I hired her to do. I was stressed and busy and it wasn't my job to make sure that she was capturing all of the little moments that I couldn't focus on.....but i guess I needed to be doing just that, because she captured none of it. Next issue was her assistant-she brought her teenage neighbor/babysitter who was NOT a professional and had NO IDEA what she was doing. Robin spent more time trying to direct this kid as to how to hold the equipment than she did focusing on the bridal party. The ceremony pictures were okay I suppose but nothing amazing. Honestly, the amateur photos that friends took were far superior. I have not one picture from the ceremony that I have printed or have on display in my home. Onto the post-ceremony shoot-AWFUL. Again, she spent so much time trying to guide her assistant & gave NO DIRECTION as to where people should stand or what pictures to take. One of my bridesmaids made a quick list last minute of family combinations & she directed the ENTIRE thing. I have no pictures with my sister who was the MOH, but I have a thousand pictures with the flower girls who I barely knew. My husband has a picture with each of his groomsmen, yet I have NONE, I repeat, NONE with my bridesmaids. The pictures that she did take were so-so at BEST. Pictures of my husband and I...there are TWO good ones, that's it, TWO. Now for the kicker.. We move inside to the reception & I guess she was upstairs taking scenery photos or something when her teenage assistant had a minor seizure. As we were sitting down to dinner, Robin comes up to me hysterical that she MUST go to the hospital with her but if I insist, she will stay. I was a bit overwhelmed having this hysterical women begging me to go to the hospital, so I said, go, go, go, please go ahead, it's fine. Perhaps it is my own fault for saying that, but I believe professionally, she should have never put me in the position to make that decision. If she HAD to go, she should have had a back-up photographer come. But she left & we have no professional photos of the reception. Thank god for our friends who managed to get some great pictures, still nothing compared to what it would have been like to have an ACTUAL photographer there. Post-wedding, my Mom was rightfully angry, as was I, & requested half the money back since Robin was only there HALF the time. Robin refused. She argued with us and insisted that I TOLD her to go so she was not required to give the money back. She did not edit our photos or give us a book or prints. SHE DID NOTHING. I have basically no pictures from my wedding day & horrible memories from her. It is a photographers job to capture beautiful moments so that we remember our special day forever & Robin truly stole that from us. I cry as I write this because it still hurts to think about-however I have moved on & try to focus on appreciating & being grateful for the photos that friends took BUT I DO NOT recommend hiring her-it was a terrible experience. She is unprofessional, rude, & left us with horrible wedding day pictures. I would hate for another bride to go through this. My advice, spend the extra money and hire someone else. Email me for examples of her lacking skills.

I haven't been to the business location. The transportation, setup, and breakdown were included in…read morethe price. Oddly, I haven't spoken or seen H. Terry as we coordinated for a photo booth for my wedding day in Duluth. He was super prompt and had lightening speed replies to my emails. The guy who arrived and did the setup on our big day was superbly friendly and engaging. Was it H. Terry?! I guess I was just wowed by the service level as I was sort of afraid that the price for what we were getting was a scam. It is not. I assure you. :) The price was pretty good as we compared a handful of other photo booth places. The photos aren't in the typical 3 to 4 strip form, it's a singular photo with phrases that can be added. Guests are able to print these and take them home instantly. The GIF's were sooo cute. It's sort of like a vine video where the video will loop. At the end of it all, you're emailed a link with all the photos taken that day. I haven't figured out the GIF portion yet.

I booked Lumee Booth for an event my company hosted in Atlanta and I am severely disappointed in…read morethe service we received. I do not recommend this company at all! I hopped on the phone with Hassan when booking to ensure all of our needs would be met, and he gave me no reason to think that they wouldn't be. We asked for and agreed upon the following from Hassan: Upgraded 4x6 prints An additional rental hour 3-hour activation Instant social sharing kiosk Your choice of backdrop An on-site photo booth operator/digital tech Free delivery, set-up, and pick up in the Atlanta area An online gallery of images from your event However, Come event day- No pictures were printed out, they were late on arrival and were still setting up the booth 30 minutes into the event, there was no instant social sharing, the backdrop was not was I asked for, and the attendant didn't do anything except lie to my face (I asked twice if photos were being printed, she and Hassan both said yes- when in fact, they were not being printed). To top it all off, he sent me the photos that were taken in a drop box link, and every single photo that was taken was out of focus and blurry (photo attached as an example). When I emailed the following day to check in on what happened, Hassan claimed there was a Wifi issue. Hard to believe since my wifi and everyone else's wifi was working completely fine. The level of communication throughout the night was absolutely horrible. I went up to them numerous times to try to see what was going on and see if I could help and they kept telling me everything was fine (when clearly it wasn't). If they had mentioned a wifi issue, I could have helped resolve this instead of having a photo booth letting people take photos they'll never receive. When I asked for a refund, because we didn't received anything we asked for, he only gave me a refund for the lack of prints and late arrival time. He kept blaming wifi and took no responsibility for the issues that he caused. I order 2 photo booth companies a month all across the country and never have I experienced such terrible service. I can't stress enough to avoid this company!
