It wasn't the worst eye sore but you could notice it while driving so unfortunately I had to fix it myself. Also, some of the rubber on top and bottom of windshield is messed up and looks like they didn't put it back properly. Lastly, I've been pretty lightheaded with my new windshield and it's most likely due to them installing a cheap after market windshield. Won't be coming back here, I'd stay far away from this place.

Called Rocky the same day for a windshield repair, and he said he had availability the next morning. Next morning comes and Aren was very communicative about when he would arrive, keeping us updated with his ETA. He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. He's been telling me that the scar cannot be removed and you will still see it. What is the point to fix it then? He charged me $145 for one small little chip ( including his travel fee) when he doesn't even have a shop anyway. I told him that I am not happy about the results, but HE SAID HE IS SO HAPPY ABOUT IT. HE WAS SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. I guess He doesn't care about the customers, but only his feelings. Woke up Saturday morning to see i had a busted side window…read more I called a bunch of auto glass places local to the SFV who were booked up for the day, or couldn't source the glass for my car (an older model) until a later date. Finally landed on Rodriguez auto glass, and he told me he'd scour around to see if he could source the specific glass part needed for my replacement and call me back. He was able to locate the part, and went out to retrieve it after I made a small security deposit. After he got it, I made my way over, pulled into his garage, and they started getting to work before I even spoke. they were able to replace the glass in less than 30 minutes, and even did the detailing/cleanup to remove glass fragments from my car. The total for everything came up to an extremely reasonable $175. Mind you this was a same day appointment with lightning fast service, and on a Saturday at that. My mind is still blown at how easy he resolved my situation. He was also extremely friendly. Heaven forbid I ever get a busted window again, but if I do, I know who to call.
