I took a chance and asked Chef Royce to prepare me a few of the resturants top sellers (since I couldn't decide on my own, lol). Chef Royce made me a Birria quesadilla, Korean steak tacos & his infamous Everything wings. My favorite items were the Everything Wings & the Korean steak tacos! They were both equally delicious and full of flavor. The tacos were HUGE! Three came with one order. However, one taco by itself was more than filling. The wings were perfectly fried, and his everything sauce was delicious!!! The birria quesadilla wasn't bad in flavor, but it also wasn't my favorite item that I tried (personal choice). I'm so glad I did! The first time I came here, I had the birria tacos. They were delicious, flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice. I came back for the fish tacos, and they were amazing, too. It rained, the schedule changed, everything was up in the air.... but she kept us calm, relaxed, and was a constant reminder of what was important, and how to just take a deep breath and enjoy our day. During dinner the music was at the perfect level so people could enjoy the music, but it wasn't to loud so you had to yell across the table to talk to someone. He was also very good at incorporating the music we wanted played along with music he knew would work for getting everyone up and dancing on the floor. We also decided to use the photo booth from them and everyone loved it we quickly learned that if we couldn't find someone dancing they were using the photo booth. This is what he does for a living and is very good at making sure you feel comfortable about what is going to happen the day of your wedding music wise. We were so impressed by their in-depth knowledge of what is involved to run a wedding reception - beyond just the music. They talked about the pacing of a reception and what goes into making a reception fun and memorable for all the guests (and the wedding couple). In addition, we loved how personalized an approach they took and we knew that they would customize our reception just how we wanted (and, of course, no cookie cutter music sets, no "required" parts of the reception and certainly no cheesy songs or games). Once we met both of them in person last Spring, we sat down and talked in more detail about the music for the reception. We had LOTS of unique and ecclectic music requests, but Roger and Cindy had no problems with this - they worked our music together in an amazing way. (We still - four months later - have guests talking about our cocktail hour music!) Also, they personalized the reception how we wanted and kept everything flowing seemlessly throughout. Our guests were up dancing, having fun and we had a blast through the whole time! Cindy and Roger are a wonderful team who put together great music, have guests up dancing and coordinate all the details of a wedding reception. I called several times to book 2 toilets for our wedding before finally being able to contact…read moresomeone. After booking the reservation, we received no confirmation and we had to call twice again before being provided an invoice. All communication with the company was one-sided and they never reached out first, even the day of delivery (so we had no idea when they would be arriving- on the day of the wedding). I had to lie and say the wedding began earlier than it actually did to increase the likelihood they would arrive before guests- or at all. The company promised my wife they would have them delivered on 2 separate days prior to the wedding, but they failed to follow through. We were told the toilets would be decorated with our wedding colors; however, there was no wedding decor inside them. For some reason they are not allowed to use equipment to move the toilets and they had to be dragged across the lawn, tearing up the grass. Our bridesmaid left a negative review on a separate site and the owner contacted me to question why no one called her on the day of the wedding to complain; she began getting heated with me on the phone when I explained no one was going to step away from the wedding to make phone calls (also they are closed on weekends). They are unprofessional and do not put effort into effectively communicating with their customers.
