I really can't in good conscience recommend this shop. My personal experience is with the Riley Rd shop in Fayetteville, but I'd imagine they all have the same policies. I went in for the first time ever today, was greeted by a thick haze making it impossible to see what was in front of me, and waded my way toward what I thought was a counter. A girl walked from the back and I asked for an Aero tank. The girl said sure, grabbed one, and walked over to the register. A quick glance behind the glass allowed me to see the typical slew of chinese made mods available online. In typical Fayetteville fashion, the girl seemed completely uninterested in helping me at all whatsoever. She then blew me off even more after I mentioned I had been using EVOD's and needed something with 510. Apparently someone that uses an EVOD isn't up to snuff for Madvapes. Here's the kicker. Before ringing me up, she asked if I had a military ID. I asked why, and she told me it would get me a 10% discount. I asked why that discount wasn't available to everyone, to which she replied "well, it's to show our appreciation. We give it to police too." Here's a newsflash: try appreciating ALL of your customers equally, considering we're all there to give you our money. So I did actually tell her that, and then, because I had made the drive all the way out to the middle of nowhere by post on Riley Rd (to keep from suffering having to go to Hope Mills...), I forked over the $30, said thankyou, and left. What the chick wouldn't find out, because she obviously wasn't interested in helping after hearing I was replacing an EVOD, was that it would be sitting atop my Semovar and Kick 2 mechanical, because I'm just tired of building coils for my Kayfun 3.1 or Kayfun Mini, and unlike the crowd there, I'm just as happy using those devices as I am with my Vision Spinner 2 topped by an EVOD- my perfect work combo. What's really sad is this shop is preying on people by giving the impression that they are selling good products, but they're just selling the same ol' stuff you can get from any online shop without the BS. You won't be seeing this one again, "Madvapes". I recommend buying online. read more

Horrible service! My boyfriend bought an e-cigarette and it lasted about a month and a half before it went bad. He went to talk to these people and they told him they knew that those came defected, but nothing they can do. Another place not too far from here is willing to work with customers. What's wrong with people now a days? Take care of your customers and you'll keep them. read more

I'm new to the vape thing. So I went into Madvapes bc I heard about them on the radio. Mistake! They are rude. Not helpful. They dont know product. Asked about trying flavors for the guy just pointed to the table and said those are our tester. Is it to much to ask for you to get off your ass and try sell me something. I will never go back to madvapes again. I've told all my friends what shit service you get. They wont be going either. read more

Well this place has a great selection of vape tools as well as a huge selection of juice having said that, the customer service for me has been pretty bad recently, I've gone through 5 ego batteries in the past year and none of which was my doing I don't know if it's the products they get or if it's just my bad luck and they have only replaced one. The first day I went in to the store one of the owners said "we don't mind replacing our shit if it's messed up" those are the exact words and they must only be valid when he is in store, because the last time I went up there someone told me to try and fix the problem before I try to get a free new one and I was like wow ok then I see how this is gonna go, well my button on my brand new ego slipped of the internal button while I was vaping so I took the shady advice and fixed the button well it stopped firing so I took it back up to the store (the ego is only a week old with little use) and the guy takes a look at it and basically tells me to go fuck myself and I have to buy a brand new one ($36) and then I hear the magic words "or you can go fix it yourself" no help or nothing! So I can now see that this place is solely for the money and no more customer service! The good thing about this is that I have a ton of buddies that vape and I brought them all to this store because they used to have great customer service, well that's done and I will now be letting everyone I know that vapes know that this is the worst place in Fayetteville to go unless you want to get hustled out of $75! I'm done I've given this place a generous amount of money and have nothing to show for it except a nice collection of metal tubes! Thanks mad vapes for ruining my day! read more
