We drive 300km from Madrid to Caceres for Madruelo, it worths every effort to dine here! Superb experience for fine Spanish cuisine - Chef Fran Dominguez, a Michelin rated chef, is so humble and friendly, he introduces his ingredients and ways of cooking to us one by one and with great patience and passion. Started with the olla del dia (judias con chorizo) then followed by escalopes de ternera! Simply delicious. They gave us complimentary house patè with crackers that were to DIE! The alcachofas were just as delicious. Come here you won't regret it.
