This place has gone down so much since the switch of the new doctor. They never answer the phone. We have had to go in person a few times just for a response. Getting results is even worse. You have to constantly call them. I am looking into a new pediatrician. It's so sad that it is not what it was when my kids first started. read more

I'm so sad and disappointed to even write this review. My kids were patients of Dr. Liu's and he was the best pediatrician! He was so attentive. Unfortunately since he has retired this place is just not the same. My kids have only been seen by the nurse practitioner when they have had appointments. Dr. Liu would respond to emails after hours if we had any concerns and had a number we could reach him at as well. Now it's hard to get a hold of anyone. read more

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Liu and Dr. Nguyen. Best combo since Shaq and Kobe. One is kind and knowledgeable while the other is daring and passionate. These two makes a great team and gives this place so much life. I sometimes take my nephews here and it's always been a pleasant experience. Shout out to Brenda the receptionist! Just to clarify my review and for information to the public that my review is not based on Dr. Ngyuen who's no longer practicing here and has retired several months ago I think almost a year ago. I am not criticizing the new dr although I am concerned about the amount of patients lately that are booked for appointments as my daughter said when she was there for her child's appointment there was about 15-20 people at least in this very tiny sitting room. Sone patients has to wait in their cars or outside and with young children, babies. She was one of them. The office in all our years of going over 20 the office usually only had 5 people waiting at the most. I loved being able to communicate with the previous Dr. Nyguen by email anytime or make a call to her urgent question number she provided her patients. Now if I get a call from the nurse or dr to call back The front desk Brenda and not sure the name of the other front desk woman refuses to let me speak with either. I don't know why when I have explained that I'm simply returning their calls and they said to call back as they have further information or want to answer additional questions I may have. Which I did. Shot down immediately and also she won't help by providing lab location numbers just told my daughter to look one up for mold testing for my granddaughter. Service here has really deteriorated Sad children come here with parents who may be concerned and need help need to discuss certain issues and or services. read more

Dr. Liu and Dr. Nguyen are THE BEST! They give the best pediatric care. Very efficient as well. I highly recommend them both. On the downside, I don't understand why their front desk staff are so RUDE. Whenever I call for an appointment, they always sound like I'm bothering them. It's as if they don't want any patients to come in. And when we enter the clinic, they always frown--again, like they are not happy to be having patients. Seems to be they just want to get paid without actually working. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Liu, you both deserve better. I hope you replace your front desk staff. We love Madrona Pediatrics! We've been coming to this office for 10 years now. Dr. Liu is so attentive, he's always a call or email away. Their schedule is pretty flexible and always try to work our kids in especially when we call in a panic. The doctors here are great. However, a huge flaw about this office are the receptionists. These women have zero manners, they never greet you, are cold to the children and have an overall "get you out of here quickly" rude demeanor. Maybe the owners should have them complete a customer service course and teach them how to work with children. Going to the doctor can be scary for small children, and the least these women could do is put on a friendly face when patients come in. They're very off putting. read more

There is no other place I can ever find that is better than this peds doctor's at Madrona pediatrics. Dr Liu and dr ahn Nguyen is far more greater than being a doctor! They are friendly, nice, sympathetic and professional. That is also same with all the office medical staff. All my 3 kids goes to this place. I feel safe and well cared for! My daughter is being seen by dr ahn since she was little and now a teenager. My two ages 1 and 2 is by dr Liu. They are always responsive 24/7. Since it's covid I had put a hold in my kids immunization cause of fearing to get it but they are very careful! And well sanitized.. the toys that use to be in there are no longer there to avoid kids from getting virus.. there's only few people on office at a time! I'm sure they wouldn't mind you sitting in the car to wait. I know we're all scared for our kids but parents pls don't hold their immunization and just continue for other safety make sure you have your kids wear mask and hand sanitize or if their too little to do that have them wear hats with face shield I bought mines at amazon or you can find one in Walmart or target online! One of the things I love most about her is that she remembers your children. She remembers their medical history and personal things about them. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. Dr. Lui has seen my daughter since she was born, literally. He was on duty at the hospital were I delivered and I fell in love! He is so sweet and patiend I have like a billion questions and he has the patience to answer I email when I worried and he reassures me. He is the best doctor fate could have given me. My kids has been seeing Dr. Liu since they were born. For the past 5 years, Dr. Liu is always very friendly and caring, while being professional. We also love what they did to reduce ew patients number, that hugely reduced the wait time. (waiting situtaion was a little crazy back in few years ago). Dr Nguyen and the staff are the best . My son is 3 years old already and when he was about 4 months old my son always cried and would spit out the milk. I went to the hospital and 3 different doctors. They all gave me Really strong medication and he still had that problem. I eventually found out about madrona pediatrics and tried it out. As soon as Dr Loui saw my son he told me just change the milk and don't give him any medication he's too young, and that did the trick. Ever since then I have taken my kids there. When my little girl has the first 2 years check up, these shots were super easy and fast and even my little girl was fighting, but doctor Anh Nguyen still finish up these shots without our notice.
