When asked why the manager says because the lifeguards do not know how to save children wearing a life jacket. Are you kidding me? Seriously, are you kidding me?Well, what's even worse is that one of the lifeguards sitting in the chair was texting on her Apple watch. We left after that happened because she clearly didn't care about children swimming and their safety. I'm appalled the City of Brookings doesn't care about children and their safety.
