Inexperienced staff, careless service…read more I brought my HP all-in-one computer in for a screen repair and was originally quoted one price. Two days later, they gave me a higher price, which I did not accept, so I asked them to return my computer to me. However, it appeared that they had already dismantled my computer before even getting the necessary part. When they put it back together, they broke one of the panels. Looking at the condition of my computer afterward, it honestly looked like they had forced the hell out of my poor computer just to take it apart and put everything back together. They agreed to replace the damaged panel, but I had to wait weeks!. When I called for an update, I was told they had ordered the wrong part and would have to order it again. At that point, I completely lost confidence in their ability to properly handle my computer, so I told them to stop everything and simply give my computer back to me, even with the broken panel. To make matters worse, there was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the shop, which made the entire experience feel even more unprofessional. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I felt that my computer was handled carelessly, communication was poor, and the whole process was unnecessarily complicated. I would not recommend this repair shop.
