Granted there is a…read morelot to do as it had gotten out of hand. they came out, told us it would take about 5 to 6 hours at $85 an hour since that was within our budget, we told them to go ahead. They were there the first day for about 3 hours; came back the second day and after about 3 hours, my husband went to talk with them to make sure we weren't going to go over our budget. they told us no problem, might be a little over but not by much. They did stay the rest of the day, but having talked with them and been assured of the pricing, we didn't think much about it. Imagine my surprise when a few days later I got a bill for double what we expected. When we objected, they said we had "added to the amount of work"...we absolutely did NOT. Then we were informed it took them three trips to go to the dump and since our home was aways away from the dump, it cost more. WHAT? At no time were we told that going to the dump would be extra. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY'S PRICING AND MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR ESTIMATES IN WRITING! Bad business ethics!

He was able to make helpful suggestions in regards to reseeded areas, sprinkler system settings and repair plus the lawn maintenance has been excellent and well done so far. Chris has returned to the area after leaving town for family issues and is re establishing his business here.
