Established in 2000.

Madison & Fifth began in 2000 as imedia, inc., a web design and development firm. Over time, the company evolved into a digital marketing and advertising agency. In 2008 the decision was made to change the name to Madison & Fifth to greater reflect an agency identity. The company's client list is comprised of best of class brands in commercial real estate, restaurants, retail, hospitality, professional service and more. Managing a portfolio of over 165 websites and dozens of active digital marketing programs, Madison & Fifth has more than 65 clients in six states from New York to Florida, Missouri to Ohio. The core team has been actively involved in the web and all things digital since the mid-90s. It's our position that experience does count when making determinations about what is likely to change, succeed or fail in this evolutionary landscape. Our depth of experience is a key differentiator and our client relationships are all for the long-term.

Meet the Business Owner: Chris S.

Chris Shirer is the CEO and President of Madison & Fifth, a digital agency based in Columbus, Ohio, providing creative and strategic marketing services to a diverse portfolio of clients located in several states. Chris's early career path was in broadcasting. She was a radio and television personality in cities from Boston to Pittsburgh, Tampa to Buffalo. Shortly after arriving in Columbus, Ohio, she worked as an independent video writer/producer focusing on marketing and advertising communications. Her projects included a 'Just In Time' production video for McDonald's International Manager Conference and the IPO video for Abercrombie & Fitch, distributed both internally and to Wall Street analysts. With the rise of digital communications, she turned her focus to web-based marketing in the late 1990s.
