I had a great experience with Michelle and the team at 444 Auto Body & Customs. After an accident…read moreinvolving my nearly new Honda CR-V, Michelle was incredibly thorough during the estimate process and identified damage that other people could have easily missed. Throughout the repair, she kept me informed with regular updates and proactively communicated with both me and my insurance company. When additional damage and parts were discovered during the repair, she worked directly with the adjuster, advocated for the repairs that were needed, and kept the process moving forward. Michelle took the time to answer questions, explain the process, and make sure the vehicle was repaired correctly rather than simply taking the quickest route. The finished repair looks fantastic, and I would not hesitate to use 444 Auto Body & Customs again or recommend them to others. Thank you, Michelle, for making a stressful situation so much easier to navigate.

They were very professional about their business and kept me notified of everything that was going on. The car was done ahead of expected (4 days instead of 5) and they kindly let me know so I wouldn't have to have a rental car any longer than needed. They were kind enough to take care of the paperwork for payment directly with my insurance company and totally left me out of it. The paint was an exact match, the parts fit correctly, and you couldn't even tell the car had been drunk swiped. Would definately recommend them for any body repairs needed.

Minton Body Shop was friendly, helpful and quick with serving me when I walked into the front office. They fixed my car beautifully, and even cleaned it inside and out when they were done. In a world that seems overloaded with bad customer service, Minton Body Shop shines like a star. I highly recommend Minton Body Shop for any car body repair. My damage was hail damage.

I drove to Minton with no appointment and they said it was actually an easy fix since the bumper was damaged. They just needed to replace a couple of broken screws. Much to my extraordinary surprise they said they could do it on the spot. And then , to cap it off, when they drove the car around and said it was finished, they said the work was complementary. I was totally incredulous. Totally. Who does that?! I don't live in Bloomington, I have no connection to the community, they could have charged me even just by time, and they said have a safe trip.
