So, I threw my neck out. Ouch. I decided to wait a week and see if it would go back to feeling normal. Big mistake. A week later, I'm still in a lot of pain. I call a bunch of chiropractors in the area where I live and close to where I work. No one can get me in until next week. Dr. Madeline Witte Glass is wonderful! I have seen chiropractors my entire life, so when I moved to Addison and was in need of a great chiropractor, I was happy to find Dr. Glass just down the road. I don't know what I would do without her help. I play a full contact sport (roller derby) and she is able to get me back in alignment after taking hits, falls on my tailbone and (most recently) a skate to my head/neck. Without factoring in my sporting adventures, I have always had problems with that area between my shoulder blades getting adjusted, Dr. Glass was able to get that adjusted my first visit and has never had a problem with it or any part of me. I have always received top-notch care, I've never left questioning anything about my care, and I leave feeling better than I could ever imagine. I injured my back last November, and I had never been to a chiropractor before and didn't know what to expect. All I knew was I was in a ridiculous amount of pain. I searched yelp for chiropractors near my work and found Dr. Glass and Addison Chiropractic. Laurie, who is great by the way, was able to fit me in that day and I got my first adjustment. I walked in all hunched over like Quasimodo. And I'll admit I probably screamed like a schoolgirl for a second there, but we made a treatment plan and got my back fixed up after a few sessions and I was able to enjoy a pain free holiday season. I love Addison Chiropractic. The Customer Service is phenomenal and they will work with your schedule. My only problem now is that I got a new job and no longer work in Addison. I'll have to figure out how to make it over before work and then drive across town to work. One thing's for sure; It'll be worth it. read more

I had my first appointment just a couple of days ago. I was nervous because I had never seen a chiropractor before. I suffer from chronic migraines and I've tried pretty much everything you can think of from holistic to medical treatments. I've heard that seeing a chiropractor can help with migraines so I was very eager to be seen. I made my own appointment on Dr. Madeline's website but I accidentally scheduled myself in an established slot versus a new slot. I had gotten a call from the clinic as soon as they opened on the day of my appointment to let me know that I could still be seen so that I wouldn't have to rearrange my schedule for another appointment. Everyone that I encountered in the clinic made me feel so welcomed. The consultation I had with Dr. Madeline was very informative. She got a lot of my history of my migraines and the pains that come with it. She explained how chiropractic can help reduce migraines depending on where they're located. She seemed very hopeful that she would be able to help with my migraines. I had my first adjustment and I honestly could have cried because I felt immediate relief. I'm hopeful that with the treatment plan I have with Dr. Madeleine it'll help reduce my migraines! read more

Madeline Johnston is a wonderful chiropractor and the best I have ever seen (I've been to a lot of chiropractors). She asks more questions than others I've been to which makes me feel like she cares and she is thorough. The best part is she doesn't hurt you. Johnston is has a warm and welcoming personality. I love how they put electrodes on your back and let you rest on a roller bed before your adjustment. I have been going here have adjustments and therapy for more than a year. Sometimes my body gets wear out by often doing competitive sports. Called today and was able to get in an appointment. Total visit was a little under an hour considering paperwork, consultation, therapy, adjustment and paying at the end. Madeline is very friendly and personable and quick! I feel like brand new person!!! I dont have the pain in my neck anymore. I was getting massages thinking that would cure the pinch nerve but instead i needed a chiropractor. She gave me some great tips to follow up with and we set my next appointment. I've already got 3 other ladies excited to try her out. People can see a difference in me with just 1 visit! I've been looking for a chiropractor for some time now because both my wife and I have been having back and shoulder problems. If I wasn't already a believer, I would have become one last week because due to her adjustment, I was able to menstruate again after having gone far too long without a period! I was in pain and my chiropractor was out of town.. i called for a visit for a quick adjustment - no therapy because my regular chiropractor would be back in two days and the best they could do for me was a 1-2 minute adjustment was $167.00... Yes with insurance the upfront cost was around 170 but followups whenever u choose to return ..(I waited a year) ..are 35 bucks ... She is really great and totally fixes when my neck acts up every year - this time i couldnt even sleep on my pillow for two weeks and after finally going to see her i was like brand new again! def recommend read more

Love my Chiropractor, Madeline and the girls in the office, Lori and Ariel are amazing. I had so many back issues and had to go a few days a week to work out the spasms and get adjustments done. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. After about a month I was so much better, no more spasms and my back was doing great. Now I go about once a month to get an adjustment to avoid back pain. Dr. Glass was recommended by a co-worker/friend to help with some severe shoulder pain that my internist's treatments and medications were not helping. After about 6 treatments I was free from the pain. I'd tried chiropractic care in the past and wasn't all that impressed but my opinion has definitely changed. The care is not cheap but it also is less than my internists fees and prescription charges. It all depends on your insurance plan. Dr. Glass's staff was very helpful in obtaining insurance information so I knew exactly what my payments would be. I really like Dr. Glass because she listens to what I have to say about the shoulder and her manipulations really have made a huge difference. read more

Addison Chiropractic is by-far the worst Chiropractic clinic to go to if you have sciatica. The two staff members that work there do nothing to help but talk, and have no idea how to treat the patients the proper way. Madeleine Glass is by far the worst. I won't even call her a doctor or a DC because she doesn't deserve that kind of respect. She barely spends time with her patients, and does not want to take the time to discuss what is needed for the patients in order to reach their goal for treatment. She barely spends anytime with the patients on answering questions, and she talks more about other things rather than about the patient's treatment. She is absolutely the worst person to see for any health related concerns on the back. I was having sever back pains, and everytime i went, she would charge $45 for her work and therapy, and would not answer any questions as of what is going on with me, and how my treatment is going. When I was asking her questions about what she was doing, she was not answering them. read more
