The doctors has a little chemist attached that you can get your prescriptions from and it saves you travelling far to get it. When you enter the doctors you get straight to the main desk where there is always a friendly member of staff to book you in. The waiting room is quite big with sofas and a little play area for your children. Once you go in you get given a coloured card that represents a doctor and it has a number on. When the bell rings and your number is next then you walk down to the doctors you are seeing room. This was my first doctors that I went to and probably the best doctors I have had. Though staff at the surgery apologised, I have not been given any information on why this was happening, and what steps are being taken to prevent it happening again. I feel I cannot trust the staff, including the doctors, to do what I need. I have now raised this in a formal complaint. The anxiety produced from not being able to rely on getting my tablets in time is phenomenal and if I am ever ill as a result of not getting this medication I will take legal action. This GP practice is a shambles.
