When I picked up the final product, the engraving was horrible! The owner blamed the material the paver was made from - HE purchased the paver, not me. IF THEY ARE EXPERTS, they should have known which materials would work and which ones don't. Even his employees recognized the poor results. I spoke with the owner and expressed my disappointment, expecting that he might acknowledge the poor result - the owner insisted it was due to the material and billed me the full $130 knowing I wasn't pleased. That's bad customer service. If the poor quality was due to the materials he selected, why should I be held responsible for the cost? Thats like ordering dinner and having the chef blame the poor ingredients and charging you full price! We showed the paver to numerous people who all agreed it was unusable and a total waste of money. We ordered another paver from Etsy for a fraction of the price, including shipping, and it was substantially better! Research Etsy before considering LA Laser Cutting.
