He told me that the offer was finished and all the pans were gone. I asked him were I could Redeem my points and he told me the offer was finished. I explained to him that on the SuperValu website it said I could get the pan up to the 10 of may. He said that he didn't know anything about it. I left the shop and went to my car and logged on to the real rewards site and sure it says 10 of may. I returned to the supermarket and walked up to the manager call pj. I showed him the website on my laptop and said that I wanted the pans. He told me that he didn't know anything about it and the I would have to call back in the morning as there was no one in the office. I told he that I had a problem with the store before and that I didn't want to make a complaint again. He said he didn't care who I complaint to. Is this is the kind of person you have managing your shop who doesn't care about a customer and knows nothing about offers. I never meet a person with poorer care when it came to dealing with my complaint he didn't give a shit

The structural design of the bed is poor and metal components are very poor quality, some form of brass coloured tin/steel that break, sheer and dethread unless extreme care is taken. As a premium priced item we are very disappointed and we'll not be using EZ Living again.

Fast forward about a year and the furniture really had started to look poor. The chairs had lost their fastening bolts on two of the four chairs and the table itself was sticky to the touch. In time the wood veneer started to rise up on the seams of the table. In truth we very rarely use our table and tend to eat at the kiimtchen island and we live in a warm and dry new build house with no damp issues. Life is busy and I delayed getting in touch with EZ living. I did today and was advised I send photographs in detailing the issue and the agent could see it was 2022 she said items were purchased. I do as instructed to be told that: I was out of warranty tough luck. Sorry for the inconvenience. So why ask me to send the email at all? To be honest the chairs are perfect except for the missing bolts. But ez living do not have replacement bolts to provide outside of the 12 months. So I'd to replace the chairs really to keep them matching set. Not very sustainable is it? Overall, I cannot rave about the quality of this furniture. We've purchased quite a bit in EZ living over the years and thinking about it now, none are still here 7 years after moving in. I thought the company could have been more cooperative in dealing with me. After all, they should feel proud to stand over their own products. One year for furniture is pretty poor especially when you have also paid for the assembly service. I would have thought there was at least an option to replace bolts. That aside a little used kitchen table that has quite literally disintegrated over the course of two years whether within guarantee or not is not good enough. A table that costs best part of a thousand euros should last longer than that. Now it's headed to the dump. What a shame!

Lis has now retired, so if not painting as much as she used to, but last time I visited there were some fantastic new oil paintings too. Lis is almost always happy to meet visitors, so please feel free to pop by and say hello, even if you are not planning to buy anything. I think the best time to appear is just before dusk, as Caher Cottage's view of the sun setting over the Atlantic is simply beautiful. Lis is also a bit of a history geek, and knows huge amounts about the Connemara area, its history and of course the best places for walks or beaches. If you have questions about the local area, definitely go and visit her for a cup of tea and a chat!! *In the interest of full disclosure I should mention that this is my mother's Gallery* ...but that does not stop me from thinking it is brilliant!!
The best possible view, while you drink your tea!

I had never seen this shirt anywhere in any of the cities I had visited. I never even saw this shirt at the Guinness storehouse! Unfortunately, they did not carry all sizes, but the lady working this store was nice enough to call another Fallers store to check the size for us. The lady requested for the other store to hold that size for us. We thought that was so nice! Fallers also has good sale prices. The store sells everything from clothes (adults and children), to cups, to umbrellas, to toys, etc. A good go to place for gifts. I forgot to mention that Fallers has a small fitting area so you can try on the clothes before buying!

She happens to also work at a shop that sells the necklace and told my friend and I where we can get one. She even called the store for us and let us know there was only one in stock in sliver, hers that I liked was in gold. We walked over to the shop and ended up spending more time in there than we thought! Such beautiful jewelry! I almost changed my mind to a different necklace that said "Success" on it, but ended up going back to my original compass necklace which is what brought us there. My friend and I tried on various different pieces and really we could've spent all of our money here! Needless to say about 400 euro later between the two of us, we left. And she said that she would ship the compass necklace to me since I wanted gold and it wasn't at the store at the time. How fantastic! I was so happy that I could get what I wanted and I'll be eagerly awaiting it in the mail. It's important that I mention this is really a local flavor shop as everything inside is made by Ireland artisans. It's great to get authentic things while traveling rather than items that aren't made from the local area. And that it also supports those locals by spending money on their items. The doggie there is funny, kind of a ornery old bat but still sweet, she'd bark if she heard kids outside. You'd think it's fine as long as they weren't in the store but nope, keep it quiet kids! I pet her several times, so she was also very sweet. Stop in the store while in Galway! Pick up some small art, nicknacks, and especially some jewelry!! If you're able to get the Fexco Horizon card, definitely use the receipt here so you can get some of the tax back for your purchase - www.shoptaxfree.com

Their bacon is thick cut and cooked well. The french toast did not disappoint and was served with butter and jam. I loved the bagel with salmon. We ordered some bakery items to take with us.
