I was in your supermarket this evening to purchase the tefal pans from your rewards. I spoken with a member of staff call Joesph. He told me that the offer was finished and all the pans were gone. I asked him were I could Redeem my points and he told me the offer was finished. I explained to him that on the SuperValu website it said I could get the pan up to the 10 of may. He said that he didn't know anything about it. I left the shop and went to my car and logged on to the real rewards site and sure it says 10 of may. I returned to the supermarket and walked up to the manager call pj. I showed him the website on my laptop and said that I wanted the pans. He told me that he didn't know anything about it and the I would have to call back in the morning as there was no one in the office. I told he that I had a problem with the store before and that I didn't want to make a complaint again. He said he didn't care who I complaint to. Is this is the kind of person you have managing your shop who doesn't care about a customer and knows nothing about offers.
