I had already done so in Resistencia, Argentina from another ATM which despite being an overseas international card, IT PRINTED OUT A RECEIPT in Resistencia when I withdrew the cash with no problem. it is STANDARD PRACTICE!! WORLDWIDE!! the lady had blonde hair, white with eyeglasses at the reception of the bank branch located in Salta. She told me if it didnt print out, then it didnt print out. she said there was NOTHING she could do. she said because its not a card with BANCO MACRO it wont print out...!!! I was so frustrated with her poor unprofessional attitude giving me no apology OR offered to open up the ATM machine to check the last transaction and manually printed out for me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

How the hell is my bank account in NEGATIVE when I've never used it???!!!! I was told that I'm to pay a monthly service for a service they NEVER provided. No one called me or emailed me or helped me but they want money. My bill is at $30,000 for what!!! So what am I paying for??? How are you to charge me money for a service you're not providing or doing? I argued with your pathetic customer service rep but of course the bitch said sorry can't help!!! Of course the bitch didn't do any work. I will not pay and I will fight you, I will post reviews and I will continue. How dare you steal my hard earned money for what!!!!
