Went to the shop on Thursday day looking to quite smoking spend 41 on a machine and two juices realized later that I didn't like the smoke and the vaporizor. The smoke was offense to other people. Went back to return the machine on Sunday ( the sign in store says can return up to 7 days now this was days ) they said they can return the device. She was nice but I am the consumer and the only thing they said is buy more juice if it's making you sick. Wtf. I will call the manufactory of the device and see what they say . Good selection, clean store and friendly staff. Just don't go in their if you don't know exactly what you're doing. My fault for not knowing what size I needed, but that's why I described my needs and relied on their assistance (as I do with other areas in which I am not an expert). Horrible mistake, as I ended up with a pen that only takes cbd cartridges, which I don't use(and the salesperson knew it was not for cbd oils). Wife got a pen there with an incompatible charger, rendering pen useless until we trek out and find a charger that fits. read more

This is a great shop. I have never had poor service or any issues with the products they sell. I'm posting this as a response to the 1st review. Anyone who knows anything about vaping knows that 1 if you only spent 40 dollars for a rig and 2 juices then you got about the cheapest weakest thing you could find. Invest in a better setup and you will have better results. You don't go buy a 1985 junker car and expect it to out run a Ferrari. 2. I have never been to a vape shop anywhere that takes back juice or non defective equipment. 3. And this is just a bit of wisdom, The vaping experience is a journey. It takes time, experimentation and dedication. You will at times buy a flavor you thought you liked but don't. You will also find that some Mods fit your style and needs better than others. I have spent a good bit of money here, but today I was price gouged on a mod for around 50.00. We I called and talked to the owner, he told me they couldn't compete with Stormy's Vape Cellar. It is worth the drive across town to Stormy's if you want to save money. It is sad because in the past two days I have spent close to 300.00 at Macon Vape but it will be my last. I will no longer send people to their business and everyone I know will no longer do business with them. I understand pricing and profits for small business but doubling the price on the same product is not how you should treat your customers. read more
