Lo que parecía ser un lugar para ir a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi madre se convirtió en una experiencia triste y avergonzante para mi. Muy mala atención por parte de la señorita que funge como hostess al igual que dos jóvenes meseros. Desde que llegamos se nos ofrece dónde queremos sentarnos, terraza o planta baja y optamos por terraza. A mitad de escalera va la hostess y nos baja porque siempre no tiene lugar. Nos sirven la comida y en una pasta no son capaces de ofrecernos pinzas o cucharas para degustar el plato entre personas, teniendo que usar el tenedor personal para servirse. Se trae a la mesa un refresco de lata que el mesero no fue amable de servir en el vaso. Cuando solicitó la cuenta y pido lo que quedó de pizza para llevar no se pone en una bolsa ni se ofrecen aderezos y lo mas decepcionante es que en un par de mesas cercanas aprecie que a las personas se las pusieron mas alla de la bolsa respectiva con aderezos. Por otra parte les comento que no indique mi descontento porque repito, era el cumpleaños de mi madre y deseaba que pasara un buen rato y una buena comida. La escena mas vergonzosa transcurrió cuando pedí la cuenta, la pague y demore en salir porque me quedé atorada por unos comensales que me obstaculizaban salir. Tuve que mover la mesa para hacerlo y en ese intervalo de tiempo pasaron meseros, mesera y hostess y JAMAS recogieron la cuenta pagada. Procedí a salir y dar las gracias y justo cuando estaba por subir a mi carro sale la srita hostess a decirme que no habia pagado BIEN MI CUENTA. me sorprendi, me dio pena con mi madre y revisamos....fue un error de USTEDES!!! la señorita " dijo ay, usted está bien, no se porque me dijeron que no estaba bien?, lo lamento" y se regreso. Fueron 780 y deje 10 porciento de propina, quería dejar mas pero valore mi malestar y por eso opté por no hacerlo y quizás en una futura visita si mejoraba la atención posiblemente podría dejar el 15. Sin embargo después de edta experiencia no me queda más que felicitarlos por ensombrecer una experiencia alegre como era el cumpleaños de mi madre el cual celebro en un contexto delicado de salud de ella y que no me da certeza de otro cumpleaños el próximo año con ella. Les felicito por hacerme sentir discriminada, molesta, decepcionada y por ultimo pero no menos importante avergonzada. Les envio este mensaje más alla del enojo y exhortandolos a una reflexión como industria que proporcionan servicios de gastronomía y hospitalidad. Recuerden que más alla de hacer dinero, cuando hay atención, servicio y calidad contribuyen a generar gratos momentos en sus comensales. Ustedes son coparticipes de la generación de buenos momentos como cumpleaños, aniversarios, pedidas y nosotros confiamos como clientes que harán lo posible por ofrecer gratas experiencias. Me voy y enfatizó avergonzada y triste y mas que decepcionada por el trato, jamás volveré y muy probablemente ustedes se burlen o minimicen este comentario pues han de tener muchos clientes, pero considero justo que sepan al menos porque yo ya no volveré y tampoco contarán con mi recomendación. Also ordered a dish with break and artichokes and that was pleasant for an appetizer. I also ordered the fried calamari which came with a red sauce which I do recommend. Lastly I ordered a dish with angel hair pasta, chicken, and spinach. It was also my birthday so we ordered and English dessert which was amazing! We had cheese, cheese with corn, and meat empanadas. All 3 were delicious!! Best empanadas I've ever tried. I mean that. We also had "chori-queso". They serve slices of chorizo with a creamy goat cheese and a little loaves of butter bread. 10/10. I recommend both appetizers. For dinner - I had some buttered fettuccine. It was like an 8 out of 10. Maybe next time, I'd try the cheesy pastas. I also tried "camarones empanizados " / breaded shrimp. They were good. They didn't blow me away though. I'd give it like an 8.5 out of 10. And next time, I'd try the "camarones al ajillo"/shrimp in garlic. We were promptly approached by our waiter who took our drink order. They brought out fresh bread and 3 assorted sauces for it. All 3 were equally delicious and a nice topper to use throughout the meal. We started out with a few appetizers - this bread dish with grilled peppers on it, asparagus, and empanadas. Each of these dishes tasted amazing and hit the spot for a starter. I opted to have the grilled arrachera with fries. The steak came out to temp and had to be the juiciest stake I've ever had. To top off this excellent dinner I had the cheesecake. The cake is not like anything I've ever had before. The cake had a nice crust in the top and bottom with the cheesecake in between. The plate was drizzled with chocolate sauce and also included fresh strawberries and raspberries. The service is excellent as well as the food. This restaurant has a full service bar and they have a nice size bar area where there was live entertainment on the night of our visit.
