I have gone to Dr. Hammoude for over a year. He was highly recommended to me by another doctor,…read morethe head of a department at a hospital. The first visit was a little awkward. He speaks English fairly well, with an accent. That is true of many doctors. He seemed quite businesslike. I wasn't sure after the first visit, but maybe he was absorbing my information. I say this as following visits have been much better. He has suggested several changes to my treatment. They have been helpful, in general. it is my body that does not respond well to a few specifics. He trusts my decisions. I asked in his waiting room about how other patients liked him. They all responded positively. Waiting times are very reasonable. No more than about 15 minutes, in my experience. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for someone with a great interest in your benefit and health, this may be your endocrinilogist. Just go beyond that initial visit for a true picture.

Please don't waste your time. What a horrible experience. Another example of a doctor who thinks he…read moreknows everything and has that "God" complex as well. Broken English and kinda hard to understand. When I told him I wanted a partnership with him he laughed. I was very serious and I am taking an active part in my health care. So tired of doctors doing what they want and not what relieves my symptoms especially when there are alternative procedures available. This doctor showed me that he doesn't consider the patients needs what so ever. Fortunately, it happened at the first visit so there was no loss on my part. Just keep searching that doctor that really cares about :YOU: she/he is out there waiting to be found.

They are overbooking themselves and people are always waiting for a minimum of an hour. 2. The office manager is really the one who is in charge, she doesn't care what the doctor tells you or what happened when you were there- she will bill you according to what she thinks is right. Now, I agree doctors are not billers, but Doctor GOLDSTEIN specifically told me I would only be charged for a general doctor visit, even after he used a tweezer to simply flip my eyelid and remove a tiny partical. I asked if there would be any other charges and he said NO. A week later I was billed for an office visit and a procedure. It was outrageous and while we were discussing the bill with the office manager to understand why we were charged this, she had them add on a late fee of $7. She also told us we were lucky we weren't charged more. Anyhow, we paid the bills. Then we received a second late notice and additional $7 charge?!? So I call and she has to look for our check. Says sorry and removes the one $7 charge. I asked if she could remove the first $7 charge since there was obviously an issue with the Doctor telling me it would only be a doc visit charge and it wasn't. We paid both charges, I just wanted her to remove any late fees. She said absolutely not. At this point I told her I was super dissatisfied with her attitude and the way this office was handling this. Over $7?!? My entire family goes there, had lasik through him (by the way he shouldn't have done lasik on me at the young age it was- it didn't even work). So what happens? They discharged me from their office. Over $7. The best part is- they paid over $6 to send me a letter through certified mail.!! Did they honestly think I was going to go back there anyhow? I feel bad for Doctor Goldstein- his practice deserves better management!

I have been seeing Nurse Pam or Kimberly twice a year for 2 or 3 years to stay on top of my changing body's needs. These practitioners do NOT: 1. Just guess at what you need. 2. Treat your symptoms with synthetic big pharma chemicals 3. Make you take a crap ton of expensive supplements for the rest of your life, and not even help you understand why you're taking them 4. Chalk up all your symptoms as "just part of the aging process" and expect you to just accept it. They will conduct a thorough blood panel (Eric is the most phenomenal phlebotomist! You will love him!) and then they look very carefully at all your numbers and they address each one methodically: For example: Likely you have a vitamin D deficiency Likely you have a vitamin B deficiency Likely you need magnesium Likely you need to clean up your gut! Maybe you need to bump up some of your hormones-- they are on the cutting edge of menopause medical science (aka Dr Mary Claire Haver!!!) They will monitor you every six months and adjust your regimen. Accordingly, even taking things off that you don't need anymore or finding you great alternatives that cost less....
