Sam worked with me to capture my Jan. 12, 1968 Night Before Rehearsal with Johnny Cash and his band and the Statler Brothers rehearsing in West Sacramento for the next day's concert at Folsom Prison. Of course, that now is one of the most historic albums in history. Sam's efforts gave me a product to sell to Sony Music and they made it into a separate album on a 78 RPM and packaged it into a Box Set of Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison for collectors.
