I was contacted by about three realtors within minutes of submitting my info. I answered the phone and spoke to Chelsie U. We spoke for a short time and I asked if we could view the house 4 days later on a Saturday. I was told she would get back to me about touring the home. I was told I would be contacted by a person for lending. I spoke to that person Sumer L the next day and gave some of my info. The weekend came and went with no response from Chelsie U. regarding touring the home. At that point I was ready to move on to someone else, but decided to give them one more chance. I sent my financial info to Sumer L. who then setup a phone call to go over things. A time and date was agreed on. On that date, I waited by the phone at the agreed upon time and made myself available. Even though a reminder text was sent by Sumer L. at 8:30 AM for the 12PM call, no call came. I was then called and text around 4:30 PM that afternoon with Sumer stating she had forgotten to setup a reminder to call me and if we could setup a call the next day at the same time. This was followed up with a text a few hours later asking if we could setup a call for the next day. At this point after my own experience and reading so many others who have had bad experiences, I believe this company would not have my best interests at heart, and not to be a good fit for me or my home purchase needs. There are plenty of realtors out there and I will find one who is a better fit. After 3 weeks, I had still not been shown a house by Chelsie U, which tells me nothing would be done until the financial portion was complete. As a customer with any business, you should not allow yourself to be treated this way. But when purchasing a home for you and your family, this type of behavior is unacceptable and I will find both a home and an agent team who can do better.

Chris Palamidessi's name had come up a few times with friends - who loved working with him. After speaking with all the agents, we knew that Chris was the perfect fit for us. He was very honest and open in his communications - something we truly value. Chris explained how he likes to handle the selling and buying process in an easy to understand way. He was there to give us advice and make sure we were fully comfortable with the process along the way. Texting and calling us in the evening and weekends - and maybe even more importantly, to give us status updates in real-time. With Chris's expert guidance we had a crazy amount of views on our home, including multiple offers - all over asking. When looking over the offers, Chris really broke them down in a way that was easy to understand. In the end, Chris was there to answer our questions and really help us understand each offer, so we could choose the best offer for our situation. Chris really listened to our needs for a new home and kept his ear to the ground. The day that we signed our offer for the home that we sold, Chris called us with an amazing opportunity for our future home. He learned of a home that was coming on the market and arranged for us to view the home. He was able to navigate the buying process and worked hard to help us have virtually no gap between our homes. His connections with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies made it easy for us to complete all the necessities in a quick timeframe. He really did all the work, including explaining everything along the way. He even took the time to make sure that my wife was comfortable and not nervous during the process. We would highly recommend working with Chris and his team at Captial West Realty. Truly professionals, who care about their clients.

And still Ms Reana charged us for it According to my lease agreement if you break some thing the tenant is responsible to fix it and we did. I don't know why they keep on changing the Propertymanagement the first two ladies were amazing. Just this last lady! Again I made the house, spotless, clean. I left nothing I even left in my few good stuff to use around the backyard and one more thing about them they're sneaky. They don't tell you what they're planning to do. We didn't know if they're gonna sell the house or rent it and what I understand from when I speak to them was is trying to get someone that can pay the more rent or to higher the rent if they move us out that was the only way I haven't seen an ad. They knew what they were doing. They were planning it they had someone ready so they kicked me out just for more money. They didn't care about my family when they heard the news they have to move from a place that has got used to and the in the neighborhood. My kids had childhood memories in that house and the school memories they used go to and walk to. So get in the house with them is OK but you Gotta be prepared to communicate a lot and they don't tell you what their plan is. so before you move in to the properties, make sure if your plan is to stay there 5+ years. Ask the owner and the property management is owners willing to keep you as much as you want or what's his plan in case his work out with your plan because the house I was when I was planning to stay there as long as I need to, but it didn't work out

Debbie has personally gone to great lengths, including legal threats, to shut down the gym that is next door to the office and then claimed that she has no idea who is complaining. She should stop blaming others for her failure as a realtor. It is very likely that her lack of business is due to her being a horrible human being and business person. That, and I don't believe she has her clients' best interest in mind. My brother-in-law had the misfortune of selecting Debbie for his condo sale and she was looking for a quick payday instead of maximizing what he could get for his place. In the end, he probably lost out on $10-20K at her suggestion because she wanted the easy commission, not what my brother-in-law wanted. Steer clear, there are many other agents out there. Find one who is a decent person and will prioritize your interests.

My journey started on Zillow, when I saw a gem which peaked my interest. I immediately sent a message and soon received a text message inviting me to an open house viewing. From the first introduction, I was impressed with Adams' management style as well as impressed with the house itself. After a brief conversation, Adam advised me if I was interested in the property to please apply ASAP (no pressure) as the property owner, his staff and OPM would all be going out of town for the holidays and since I was in a time crunch he would do his best to review my qualifications and present my application to the property owner. To my surprise, within two days, I received the message Congrats you are approved! WOW, what a blessing early Christmas and Birthday present. My family and I were OVERJOYED!! Adam is phenomenal at his job. He is dedicated to business, the property owner as well as me, their new tenant. While on vacation, cooking holiday dinner and nursing his precious sick daughter, he kept the lines of communication open. Often, I shared with him that we could resume business when he returned into town yet Adam stepped away from family duties to provide me with updates. As a new tenant I appreciated his commitment and felt welcomed into the family. Every step of the way, all of my questions were met with straightforward answers and the paperwork was explained flawlessly. It really made the entire process pain-free and very reassuring. With any move, one might run into a few minor hiccups, and of course, Adam has taken care of any issue in a nice, polite and timely manner. I have been happy here with the overall management of this property, and I do not plan on a change any time soon. Thank you again Adam. I really had a great experience with you. I couldn't recommend them more! Cheers to you and APM all 2026!

We've been trying to get in contact with them for about a week and a half through calls, texts, and even by visiting their office in person, only to find out that no one is actually there. The contact information listed online didn't seem reliable, and we were given different numbers to try instead, which only added to the confusion. I do want to highlight that Adam was great, he was responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward. It made the process unnecessarily stressful and left a poor impression of the company as a whole.
