He got more angry and abusive. I told him to either do the job or void the warranty, but STOP. Yelling at me. Then I left him alone to do his work, he left 20 min later without a word. No humanity or integrity. He clearly dumped our service out of vengefulness, I was unwilling to kowtow to his rage or tolerate his abuse. I am crippled. I can't lift over 5 lbs. I struggle to do anything for myself. But this man is so entitled that my best was offensive. Not a good human.

Larry doesn't have many reviews because he does a great job, and it's much more motivational to complain than to compliment. But Larry really did a great job on my home inspection. He and his lovely wife got into every nook and cranny of the house I am under contract for. They pointed out every little issue, from the fridge's ice maker not working, to larger issues like the home having absolutely no smoke detectors. They took many, many photos of the home, and reccomended a great pest expert to assess the home for termites. Overall, if you're on the fence about using Larry, please do so! He and his wife are very kind people and even better home inspectors.
