He got a crew out to my home within 2-3 hours and they did a superb job providing the services I requested. I'm very thankful. After the job was done he called me back to ensure expectations were met. Not many companies today are interested in serving their clients to ensure they are satisfied. I definitely recommend Wall 2Wall services. ********** I waited 2 weeks after making an appointment for power wash & gutters cleaning. Upon arrival I was told they couldn't do the job because they needed different tools and required 2 persons to perform the task. It was frustrating that they prepared accordingly since they had cleaned the gutters previously. A waste of my time since I stayed home so I could pay upon XPC and exam the power wash effectiveness. So disappointed!!!!

We have added them to our home file and have been recommending them to everyone. Two young men arrived and were very professional throughout. They took great pains to protect all of our gardens and considerable foliage by wetting them down first and then carefully moving their hoses to protect the vegetation. They did a beautiful job! We had one minor issue and brought it to the attention of the owner who responded immediately and took care of it. This company does great work in their field, but possibly even more valuable is their commitment to excellent customer service. In 2023 that is treasured and especially so for its rarity. Thank you, Herb and team!

The scheduling was super easy and Jacob did a great job communicating with everyone the details and provided a timeline for each house so we knew what day to expect their team. He provided a bunch of information of the services they offered with the estimate per service which was super helpful for everyone! On the day of our service, I received a text message to let me know they were on their way and when they showed up, they got to work quickly! I trust the work they do and know things have been cleaned properly. Today we only needed our brick patio and composite deck cleaned since we had them out last year to spray our whole house. The tools they use reach high places and the spray stream uses just the right amount of pressure to get a deep clean on mold and mildew. Our deck looks shiny and new! Thanks Jacob and Brendan for coming out today (on such a cold day) and for doing such a great job!
