One of the principle questions on hiring a PRIVATE Investigator would be "Do you have three(3) references you can give me?" Tommy Maiolo became VERY hostile & nasty on the phone, and said to me "Of course I am NOT going to give you ANY references!!, I've NEVER had anyone ask me that question in all my years!!" That was the first and only time I asked Tommy that particular question. I then asked Tommy Maiolo "What hours do you work?" Again Tommy Maiolo responded in such a impatient, defensive and nasty voice "I am NOT going to tell you what hours I work!!" I followed-up with "Do you work 9 to 5 ?" Mr. Maiolo answered with "Look you do NOT tell me how to do my job !!" Again, that was the ONLY time I asked Tommy Maiolo that particular question. Second, not all details were given to me in writing or verbally. Failure to give all known details can result in duplicated information. Which after receiving my update, you at that time, stated you "already known that". Third, a full report and invoice were released to the Client. Fourth, no promises were ever made about the case.
