I believe that this hall was built back in 1989 and completed in 1990. I have been to numerous events here over the years, including my high school graduation. The space itself is big and open. It's seating capacity is 1000 people to accommodate those big-small town weddings and community events. There is a huge dance floor to give you ample room to polka, two-step or shake your bootay at any wedding or dance. There is a bar with a big cooler/fridge to store beer and wine and a big kitchen that allows caterers to do their prep work in and store food in the coolers to serve at various functions. The facility has always been clean when I have been there. For smaller functions, there are meeting areas upstairs connected to the curling rink which is also a very nice space.
