On 4/18/2025 I went to the Cravens and Noll office in Colonial Heights to have a very simple will…read moreprepared. Before being given an appointment I was required to pay $200. My appointment lasted 20 minutes. I was required to pay another $ 500 for a total of $700 which is non-refundable. It has been nearly 2 MONTHS and still no will. Calls to the office go unanswered. Voice mails are not returned. I am 80 years old and feel taken advantage of by this firm. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but so far no response. I would never recommend this firm. They have taken $700 of my small savings and have not delivered my requested will!!
