After waiting three hours we started calling around and finally found Macias Jumpers. On very short notice they came through for us. This company is not honest I just called to inquire about their cost. They texted me about the cost so I asked for a confirmation or agreement which they did not provide. All of a sudden they came to the event with the tables and chairs. I told them that I was not given a confirmation on our text. That is why I decided to use another company but they said that I need to pay them so I did which is my mistake. The next day I went back to our text messages and sure enough there was no confirmation that I agreed to their service. I called them for reimbursement because I did not use their services but they refused. Please do not trust this company, don't take any verbal agreement until they send you a written agreement which they did not provide to me. They know what truly happened, I did not use their tables and chairs. Karma for not being in good faith with the customer and I'll take my loss. read more

I've used this company many times for the past three years without any issues. I have 3 kids so at a minimum I rent party supplies at least 3 times a year. I have rented chairs, tables, jumpers (huge jumpers), popcorn machine and a margarita machine. Bruno is extremely nice, knowledgeable with his products and professional. I have never had an experience where an item wasn't available or an equal alternative wasn't offered. All his supplies are well maintained and new. He's helpful with setting up the party supplies and showing you how they work (popcorn machine, margarita machine) I lost his number and went on yelp to find it and saw the negative review and I'm sorry that the person had a bad experience however that must have been a rare mistake because over the past three years I've had no problems. Worst people ever!! I had ordered tables, chairs, and a waterslide for my sons party. The lady who works for this company confirmed the date, time, and what I had reserved for the party two days before the party. The day before the party they said they would be there from 2-3 so my husband was waiting for them to come and even had the gardener come in earlier to cut the grass. 5 p.m. rolls around and nobody showed up to the house so I messaged the owner and she gives me some bs story about how she was confused about the order and time that we had just confirmed the day before. She apologizes through text message and wanted me to call her, she pretty much tells me I already apologized what do you want me to do about it if you want to go with a different company then go ahead. I only gave it one star because zero was not an option. Very unprofessional company. They have their email on their website but ignore all emails. When you finally get ahold of them via phone, they say they don't respond to email. Then WHY is their email on their webpage? When I finally did get a hold of them, they would never text back either. I would wait 3 days and text them again before they would finally respond. They also not communicate well and were VERY rude!
