We decided to try Tri Shuttle after seeing the positive reviews, and we were glad we did! Unlike Uber, this is a small business, and so it's much easier to be in direct contact with your driver. Tien was our driver both ways. He was friendly, prompt, and a good driver. He texted to confirm our pickups both times, and when we were coming back, he had tracked our flight so he was ready to pick us up at the curb. Getting a rideshare pickup at the airport can be a big hassle, and you usually have to go to a separate area. Then you have to wait for your ride, which your driver may cancel for whatever reason. But with Tri Shuttle, you get picked up in Arrivals as if you're having a friend or family member pick you up. Their customer service and professionalism were excellent (if you use rideshare, you know those qualities can be REALLY hit-or-miss), giving us more peace of mind to enjoy our trip. Would certainly use again!

We had booked transportation service with another business (WIlliams Hart Transportation) and unfortunately that party bus had a flat tire. I needed fool proof , reliable transport in Los Angeles for traveling from the airport to Monterey Park , then from Monterey Park to San Pedro cruise terminal . And when I spoke with John for the initial concerns I had , John was so courteous and eager without being pushy about my concerns . The vehicles were very spacious too. No. As a matter of fact, as of this post, if you look at the map of their service area, you will see Inglewood completely covered. At any point during the online booking process, did they prevent me from completing the booking because they do not go to Inglewood? No. I found this out the morning of my ride, when I called to find out where they were. Then the man on the phone told me, "We don't go to Inglewood." So now, dear reader, you know as well. Thanks Sav-On Shuttle, for wasting my time.
