They overdo a little on the Tyrolean interior and costumed staff, but at least opt for a backdrop of soft rock music; not sure if intentional, but it did break the folklore healthily for us to scrape clear of a too kitschy setting!
Tito's food is certainly centered around the meat and sausage dishes they specialize in; vegetarian options come with mushrooms or cheese, cheese, cheeses, and dumplings. We really liked what we had - traditional, uncomplicated dishes, well executed, portion sizes that go well with the extended hikes one tends to do before in this area of Italy. The breads were a little stale - no complaints otherwise.
Oh, and their Panna Cotta dessert is outright heavenly, not sure I ever had this done that creamy and well...
Do check out their adjacent shop. It's not cheap (e.g. wines go between 10-65€), but offers a great chance to sample some more extravagant bacon varieties such as filet speck...
