This is such a cute little bookshop and definitely worth a stop. Despite its smaller size they have quite the collection and a section for almost every genre. The staff has great recommendations as well.

Very good service very nice people behind the counter, selection was golden I'm really into playing cards and they had cards galore here, and the value was amazing I bought a deck of cards in a wooden box and it was so worth it would recommend 5 stars

Lovely Book shop in downtown Estes Park. You can find street parking or park in a local pay lot. The store is quaint, however it made phenomenal use of its space. Always has a wonderful and attractive storefront window to draw visitors in. There are several sections for all types of genres and reader levels. No overwhelming of sales pestering either. On my visit I overheard phone assistance and it was so warm and sincere even though they did not have a certain item in stock. I heard them try to see if they wanted it ordered and delivered to the store for pick up. I bought a Colorado hiking book for a gift and could've stayed for awhile browsing each section. I recommend this shop for sure !

This bookstore is the perfect pairing for the downtown charm of Estes Park accompanied by the cozy and tasty vibes of their next door neighbor, Inkwell coffee shop. The backside of both businesses features a beautiful small park and creek to dusk in your new book and coffee. The handful of rooms in this cabin-like bookstore feature everything from travel books and children's literatures to cookbooks and local Colorado authors and history. My husband and I were on a three day pocket challenge trip (no luggage) or we would have walked out with several treasures beyond the postcards we purchased. The women working the front desk were charming and friendly. I could have cuddled up in here much longer. Kudos to them for sporting several great window displays to lure customers in. You got me!

Great selection and friendly service in a welcoming, historic building. I found exactly what I needed and then stayed to read awhile.

The history, the warmth of the staff, the decor, and the surprisingly broad book selection makes this store a little gem in Estes Park.

Based on glowing reviews, we drove almost an hour to the town of Lafayette which I've never been…read morebefore and found this town to be quaint. The bookstore and cafe was clean and cozy surrounded by books and more books with lots of cool trinkets to browse. I was a little disappointed though with their limited selection of bakery items and opted for just a cup of coffee and relaxed at a small table. Employee Josie took my pile of used books to get reviewed for possible future credit towards books I can buy later at their shop. Another building on the premises had lots of whimsical items such as socks, jewelry, pins, mugs, etc. I met Deidre that was friendly and helped me pick up out a cat shirt that was so adorable that I just had to buy. The prices are affordable and there's a parking lot plus street parking. The town of Lafayette was artsy and walkable to enjoy after going to the bookstore.

When I texted my aunt to tell her I was headed here, she said it was her favorite too! It is a charming little bookstore with an assortment of delicious treats (many gluten-free options) and amazing coffee and tea as well! I had a mocha and my mother had a spicy chai and they were both incredible! The service was fast and friendly. We also picked up a few used books! Highly recommend!
