Noticed also 1 other tooth was shaved on the side of it, but didn't think that would even be an issue. I took pictures of the chipped teeth prior as well. when I returned the machine the associates tried to make me pay additional money for the damage that was already there. I insisted that I notice these marks prior to using the machine and I had pictures of only the chips and not the slice of one on the side. The slice of the one tooth was the issue, but I didn't take a picture of that . The women associate had a smug attitude threw out the whole ordeal. The other male associate took care of the issue with no problem. My main concern was how the women acted, and wasn't pleased by it.

Unbelievable experience and exceptional service from start to finish !!…read more I only wish I hadn't put off getting my ducts cleaned as long as I did . Part of the reason was dreading the search for a company I could trust, and then dealing with poor communication, bad service, or unprofessional people in my house. I found Paine Family Air Duct Cleaning on Google and sent a text right from the listing. They responded almost immediately. I gave them my name and address, and after a short back-and-forth we had the service scheduled for just over a week out. The day before, they sent a heads-up text confirming the appointment, along with what they needed from me -- moving furniture, making sure everything was accessible, clearing the driveway, etc. The morning of, Case texted about an hour ahead to let me know when he'd be arriving. He showed up exactly on time and was incredibly professional, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. He got right to work and sent photo updates throughout. The whole job took a couple of hours. They accept cash, check, or credit card (small fee, as is normal). You'd be crazy to roll the dice on another company. Hiring these guys is a guarantee you'll get the exact same experience and service I did -- they're a small, locally owned family operation. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with any home service company. If you're on the fence, let this be the reason you reach out, send them a text right now, and get your duct cleaning scheduled.

We're quoted for $2700 and approx 6 hrs with 4-5 movers, turned into $5100 and took 12hrs with 5 people. The estimator came to our house moving from and looked at every room top to bottom and outside etc so I thought the estimate would be close. Then they broke our coffee table and tread mill and only offered a sorry and nothing else. The movers were great! But the office personnel were not helpful or seemed like they cared at all. Would not recommend. To the company: Clean up your act, try to care more, and please get people to estimate that actually know what it will truly cost and the time it will take.
