He understood the urgency and unfairness of my case and fought for me and my daughter. Thank you so much Stephen!

She made threats to physically assault me by throwing her phone at me if I brought up a certain concern of mine. She was unprepared in court (did not have proper paperwork needed), verbally insulted me for having the necessary paperwork that she should have been prepared with and made lewd sexual comments about other men in the courthouse while she was married. When I confronted her about this she accused me of fabricating everything. Do not trust or use this unethical and uneducated gross excuse for an attorney to represent you if you want to actually win your case. I do have proof of everything I am saying and will gladly share with anyone who is interested as I know Kristyl will deny all of this as she does with all of her previous clients who speak out against her extremely unethical behavior. She also drug the case out in order to keep getting paid but I fired her and hired a competent and trustworthy attorney.

We needed to protect our daughter as well as defend ourselves. The other party involved was beating us up with every dirty trick, allegation and method they could imagine, with no concern for our child's safety or well-being and it was working. After retaining other attorneys who just weren't able to help, who didn't have the legal knowledge, concern and presence that was needed, and after another terrible day in court that left us crushed and scared, we called Stephen Rue & Associates. It was a blessing and immediately changed everything. What had been so overwhelming and hopeless was suddenly not only possible but promising. Their help extended beyond the legal guidance, they gave us strength and positivity. For the first time in a very long time we felt we could breathe again. Not only was our daughter returned safely to us, we obtained sole custody! And the other party was finally fully exposed for their actions. It was amazing to watch. We cannot bear to think where our daughter or we would be without Stephen Rue, Raul Guerra and Jennifer. They fought for our little girl and for us as if it was their own fight. Their expertise, availability and compassion is priceless. Down the road, events we could predict, that we feared, did occur and thankfully our daughter was safely back with us then and so was unharmed, thanks to Stephen, Raul and Jennifer. There is no other attorney or firm you should consider than Stephen Rue and his associates. Not only are they the gladiators you need in the courtroom, they are amazing and enjoyable people to know. Also, honest and sincere with reasonable rates and do not try to "nickle-and-dime" people. Five stars across the board for everything. Actually, as our daughter says of them, "ten stars across the board!" and a forever full of thank yous and gratitude.

His office was a messy disaster when my wife and I went to sign the original petition. That should've set off the alarm but we decided to give Harold a shot. BIG MISTAKE! Harold's paralegal was kind and informative, but Harold himself as a lawyer looked like a guppy in a shark tank. When we went to trial, he was unprepared, and looked out of his league. He didn't meet with us before the hearing and didn't know the names of our family members. That's kind of a big deal when we ask him to represent our family. During the hearing, he looked lost and confused. Spent most of the time on his cell phone and at one point pulled out his credit card and bought something! When it came time for cross examination of my wife's ex husband...he asked two insignificant questions, then turns to my wife and I and asks us what else he should ask! He's the lawyer for crying out loud! He should've been prepared and had more questions ready. This shows how "dedicated" he was to representing us. I understand it's a small law office and he has more than just one case to handle, but when you are relied on to represent a family, I would hope you put more effort into actually representing them and knowing the facts of the case. If you want shotty representation, terrible communication and no chance, hire this guy...
