This email is intended to alert your company about a 'quality' issue with the Spinnifex Caravan…read moreCovers you sell. Rather than just making a complaint I wish to inform you the Spinifex Caravan Covers are potentially ok but...the material used is not consistent and quickly falls apart 'in some places'. The Spinifex claim that top and front material is 3 layer is questionable! (I have tried to attached copies of photos taken of the cover I have on my Motorhome today which has, in total, been on the Motorhome about 9 months. In addition, the zoomed photo was taken a couple of years ago when a 'previous' cover had the same failure....only on one panel. I did make a claim then because the cover had not been used much at all and Anaconda replaced it...which I appreciated). I in fact purchased a 'replacement' cover yesterday (3rd cover in less than 3 years) from Anaconda Bayswater (22'-24') for $199 which I will use soon. I am not making a claim...because I appreciate the covers are not expensive....they do the job....but they could be much better with a little more control on material quality but your Supplier. I hope this message is useful for your team. If someone wishes to have a look at the cover on my motorhome feel free to do so. Kind regards. Lindsay Borgas. Mobile: 0418177428.

As a seasonal camper, we came to the Bayswater store when in need of a new tent for Meredith Music Festival, and found that they not only had a huge range, but with each tent set up on the display floor, you could actually try them on for size. The staff were great here too, helping us with any technical questions we had. Also stocking a huge range of camping equipment such as stoves, torches, fridges and anything else you'll need, this really is your one stop shop for camping.

After spending about a month trapsing between bike shops, being given ridiculously expensive…read moreoptions that were unviable money grabs, making calls, sending emails and being told by custom bike makers they weren't interested, as a heavy rider it was almost impossible for me to find a bike, let alone someone who was willing to take an extra moment to talk to me to get a custom setup done. I finally discovered Pista Bikes, and was surprised that not only did their mechanic, Paul, actually acknowledge me, but spent the next half an hour just discussing viable options for me to get myself riding. Within the next half an hour, calls and inquiries were made and quotes were delivered for a reputable frame and custom wheels. Given I approched them during the Christmas/New Years rush, I didn't expect anything to happen quickly, but despite that, John and the team had the wheels in store and fitted to the bike within a week of me making a deposit on the bike, to which they even gave a credit for the original wheels to cut the cost down for me. The teams knowledge, expertise and overall customer focused attitudes make them an absolute 5 star rating. So as a shout out to these guys, and anyone else who may have had trouble in the past getting something to suit you, definitely come see them. They'll sort you out. Couldn't give them a higher recommendation. Thanks guys, Damien.

Got 3 pairs of footwear repaired here. I'm extremely happy!!!…read more One needed the heel block re-covered on one shoe and I had the fabric for it, and Max did an amazing job. You'd never know as it looks identical to its pair. I had the fabric myself (after a mission to the manufacturer in NZ) and had been quoted literally 10 x the price he did it for. The second needed re-heeling and the inside back stitching always gave me blisters. Max re-lined the back and they're so soft now! The 3rd pair is my Fluevog babies! My feet now swell and I needed them stretched across the forefoot. Not actually tried them on but definitely look a better fit. They're expensive boots and I love them so I'm happy I can now comfortably wear them again. Thanks to Max the awesome cobbler!!!
Absolutely HORRENDOUS! Max was the rudest person I have ever met in my life. I went to pick the…read moreshoes up yesterday, and they appeared unfinished with lumpy finishes and exposed staples. I questioned if it was supposed to be like this. He then continued to yell at me harassing me for bringing him "shit" and expecting brand new shoes.. (the shoes i brought him were $200 leather flats. ) He kept attracting attention with his loud voice and exclaiming how "this is why he wants to sell the shop and get out of the business". He was supposedly outraged that i would question his work, even kindly as i did. He then snatched the shoes out of my hand and told me he would do them again and i should come back the next day. I left shaking. The next day I came with my partner and he had returned the shoes to me with a much better job done. He was not yelling however was still very cold and never even looked at me. Just the presence of being around there caused me to walk away shaking and crying again from the anger this man created. What an absolute disappointment in human nature. Please do not support this kind of behavior and do not go to Max's shoe repair EVER. Your $30 is better spent on a homeless person than in this shop.

Oh G-Star, how you make my heart flutter…read more G-Star is your (ridiculously priced but oh so necessary) high-class yet casual fashion house that is popular all over the world. The Bourke Street store is great, the layout is spacious and provides a enjoyable shopping experience. Stocking Men's and Women's items, the Jeans are stylish and fit well, Shirts are a tad tacky (I'm not a fan of the text-type tops) and Jackets at G-Star are exquisite. I learnt something interesting here at G-Star, after buying some Jeans a while back, one of the lovely sales staff informed me that instead of washing my jeans regularly, i should place them in a plastic bag and freeze them for a few hours, only washing them once every 6 months.... Crazy huh? But it works! I swear by it now. The staff are not pushy sales types and are content helping you find something that's perfect.

Later at night, I found the 2 packs in the packaging stuck to each other with a small hole, look like it has been melted. Obviously it is a faulty product and unsafe to use. Next day I took the product back to the shop. I explained the situation and looked for a replacement but the staff asked me to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty. While there is no contact or warranty information shown on the packaging, I raised a concern that it should be the responsibility of retailer, not consumer, and I would lodge a complaint at their shop at consumer council. The bald man in suit who looks like a boss suddenly became so angry. Shouted at me getting out of shop, pushed me, and took my phone. I managed to take back my phone and he later asked me to go back to shop. God knows what's going to happen so I just left and seeked for security help. He soon left the shop, and the staff there refused to respond. The entire scene should be recorded by cctv in Forest Hill Chase. I understand there could be dispute in refund / replacement matter. While I was willing to settle the matter with consumer council, the violence and freightening behavior is ridiculous. After all, this shop product is always higher RRP, less variety, irresponsible staff, and crazy boss would probably leave me the worst shopping experience.

Five out of five brightly coloured tops!…read more I love, love, love Lulu Lemon. The reasons why I Iove this Canadian brand are many but here's a few: - The make their clothes out of fabrics they expect you to sweat in and chuck straight in the wash - The fabrics all feel really nice on the skin and don't chafe - They have some great colours, as well as the neutral blacks, whites etc - They have everything from tights to cool pants. My favourite item from Lulu Lemon is a pair of black pants that go to just below the knee. I can wear them to run in, or they are nice enough that I have worn them out so they are really versatile. They were perfect to wear to a work cricket match - I could run around in them but I could also go out to a cafe afterwards. Perfect! The outlet store is great as well! They stock full priced gear but they also do indeed have some bargains. I bought a jacket I had my eye on at the full priced store for nearly half the price. Sweet! My only concern is that my sister bought something from here and they forgot to take the security tag off, so she had to return it. So maybe check that before you leave. There is a bit of parking in the surrounding streets.
