My large tire was punctured and my small tire twisted and spinning like a grocery cart. This happened on Flinder Street in the middle of the street. Definitely scary If you know this feeling of immediate urgency. All the shops were closed so I emailed and waited for shops to be available. 99Bikes was proactive, accurate, and fixed my chair. This allows me to have legs and continue my visit. Alistair and the team are amazing and not just selling bikes but knowledgeable about the details and extremely nice while at it. Not only was the service during the purchase great but the post sales service is where they did some of their best work. They offered me 12 months free servicing on the bike which I did not expect when I went to purchase it. When I did book it in for a service they were more than happy for me to ride it in and go for a stroll around Chapel St, have some lunch then pick it up a couple of hours later and ride home. They also fit the little extras that I brought like my on board computer and drink bottle holder.
