But here in Germany, things are different. I order a foundation, an NC20 instead of NC25. 30 minutes later I reached them to be able to edit the order not cancel it. Their answer is "If you do not wish the order, you can return it, and we will refund your money. Unfortunately, we cannot change or edit the order. If you wish you can place a new order."
So I have to wait until I receive it, return it, wait for a refund and then rebuy it? (I am sure within 30 minutes of an order being made it was not as if it was dispatched already)
I think in that respect the experience of buying online is not satisfying at all with this company. This would happen with Amazon, I would have been able to cancel and order it again if I had made the same mistake, I will keep the product because I don't feel like doing all that long process. However, I will never buy again at MAC cosmetics.
