WOW Samson does the best I sold flooring for over 12 years…read moreso I know flooring. I doubted that Samson could do the bamboo wood floor repairs that Lowes improperly installed and lied to me about the installation. Three flooring companies wanted over $9,000. To replace a simple buckling in the center of one room. Two flooring companies wanted over $3 000. To totally remove and replace the flooring. Samson said they would install t moldings and moldings that Lowes did not. They cut back a small expansion areas to allow the flooring to settle. This was accomplished in 4 hours and cost under $500. The workers arrived at 9 am and finished at 1pm after moving furniture and cleaning up the dust. I would recommend Samson for all your flooring needs

The Installation people were what made this experience horrible. I had to constantly call them to try and schedule (which took weeks, I had to call the customer service rep multiple times to get them to help only for it eventually lead to my request being handed to the owner to finally get it scheduled), once I finally got it scheduled they cancelled on me multiple times due to other projects taking longer than expected. I never got a call back to reschedule and AGAIN had to leave multiple voice messages to get them to finish what they started, finally someone from installation showed up only to as me "Whats wrong with it?", Me: "Theres no trim on it..." Installer: "oh... I think they sent me to the wrong house, yeah I dont have the stuff for this..." SO. FRIKKING. FRUSTRATING. They apologized of course, but I am done with them. Halpin's was great up until you deal with the Installation part, and they do a great job when they do finally show up, but the amount of stress just wasn't worth it when I can easily go somewhere else for just as good results.

Adam (the quality assurance guy) helped us get what we needed done, but before that we got the run around from everyone else. Unacceptable for the amount of money we were spending on this. We had to PULL info out of the people who were supposed to be communicating with us. Now that it's all said and done, I'm thrilled with how it turned out. Would I recommend assured to a friend?
