I am talking about not only tanks but also artillery pieces both self propelled and towed, half tracks, freight trucks used to bring troops and materials to the front, jeeps, and anything else that rolled on the ground. Most of the vehicles are US, British, Russian and German.
Some of these are stationed outside but most of them are in a large building spit into two parts. Most of them are examples that look fully restored while some of them are still being restored. It is the vehicles in this museum that makes it unique. I appreciated the hard work that someone put into restoring all of these museum pieces.
Adult entry fee is 12€ and budget about an hour for your visit. This is a nice museum especially for anyone interested in machinery.
Parking info. While parking is free you can't actually park in the campus. Parking is about 200 yards from the entrance on the side of the road. Just follow the signage.
