J'ai de nombreux diplômes dans le domaine de la cuisine, j'ai été chef dans de nombreux restaurants et hôtels J'ai décidé de créer mon food truck et de cuisinier sans gluten car ma femme et ma fille sont intolérantes à celui ci et nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'il était très difficile de pouvoir manger au restaurant lorsque nous possédons une intolérance ou une allergie.

It costs 4,50€ and is quite filling and very tasty! The owner is super friendly too and he knows English, which is a bonus for me! He gave me a stuffed grape leaf to try while he was making my falafel (that's right - he was making it fresh right there!!) and that was tasty too. It was fresh and crisp, not like the ones you buy at the store that are a soggy mess. The truck is parked at various locations around the city throughout the week but you can visit their website to see where it is on a particular day. Trust me - it's worth it!
