I messaged Asda customer services about this matter as it happens 100% of the time I visit, no exceptions. I am myself gluten intolerant so to be told by a member of the CS team that it's my responsibility to first raise the alarm on this to a member of staff and then standby whilst they move it is disgusting. It's your job to make sure this stuff doesn't happen and when it does to be dismissed in such a way is frankly insulting. What if I just popped in for a quick meal to eat?
