Online quoting is convenient, if a bit fussy going back and forth, but sending accurate pictures of the job is important. Pricing seemed fair. Our only problem with our initial project was the timing of arrival. Stephen arrived about an hour and a half after the appointed time. Stephen did text to let us know he was unavoidably delayed, and it appeared to be one of those things and not representative of their usual service. We are going to try them again on another painting project and are confident it will go smoothly.

Garage Build--Reliable, Professional, Detailed and Efficient…read more I had a great experience working with Grand Building and Contracting Ltd. I hired them to remove and construct a new garage. Adam and his team understood the entire scope of the work. I was provided with a detailed schedule, timelines, and estimate before commencing the project. There was an issue with a city tree on my neighbour's property that had to be dealt with. Other contractors vanished at this point in the project. Adam guided me on what steps I had to take and the necessary paperwork I needed to file with the city over the course of seven months. When the project was finally approved, the trades workers were on time, highly skilled, professional and efficient. Adam was there at the beginning and end of every part of the construction. I greatly appreciated the regular communications I received. He even made sure my neighbours were satisfied with how the construction was effecting them. I can't say enough positive things about Grand Building and Contracting Ltd. I will use them again for my next project. I highly recommend that anyone give them an opportunity; you will not be disappointed.

Having just recently had an amazing experience with a roofing company located in this area, I find it rewarding and refreshing to share my news with you. I am writing this post to highly recommend the services of Square Roofing (telephone: 647-972-4773, squareroofing.ca). Recently, they repaired and replaced, where necessary, the roof on my home, and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and expertise. From the initial inspection to the final inspection, the team was professional and communicative. They explained the materials, provided a detailed scope of work, and adhered strictly to the schedule. The workers were polite, respectful of my property, and kept the job site exceptionally clean throughout the process. All plants and shrubs were completely covered and protected. At the completion of the job, a magnetic nail detector was run over the driveway and other worked in sections of the yard. The quality of the final work is exceptional, and I have had no issues with leaks since the project was completed which was achieved on time and within budget. I have no reservations in giving Square Roofing my highest recommendation. They are a reliable company that delivers on its promises. Please feel free to contact me via Facebook Messenger if you require any further information.
