DO NOT SHOP HERE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE…read more A $30 Mellow Fellow vape as a gift, and from the start, it was a disaster. The device was dead out of the box, and after charging it, the experience was awful. The high was sickening, like a "covid head cold," and completely unenjoyable. When my wife told me she got it from Lion Smoke Shop, I already knew what the outcome would be--horrible customer service and now, apparently, horrible products too. Nobody has money to waste, especially on overpriced foolishness. I contacted the shop, provided my receipt (linked to my phone number), and explained that I've used Mellow Fellow products before without issue. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, the staff refused to exchange the defective vape for a THCA product, despite my reasonable request. He did offer a insulting up-sale of a $60 product THCa product! When I finally spoke to the owner, rather than addressing my issue, he shifted the conversation to a previous complaint I had made. No apology, no accountability--just deflection. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Lion Smoke Shop has proven to be consistently unreliable, from predatory pricing practices to low-quality products. After this experience, it's clear they don't stand by what they sell, and they don't value their customers. If this is how they handle a $30 product, I shudder to think how they handle bigger purchases. Save your money and your frustration--shop elsewhere. **Local representatives should ban the sale of vape pens especially if they make you feel sick and the shops are not standing behind their products. I will be contacting City Hall about this to see if we can't remedy this horrible business. Horrible business practices. All these smoke shops should fall under a special commission that oversee these smoke shops or shut them down. I left the THCp vape pen politely on his counter and will never step foot in his establishment again.

The current staff is abjectly bad. They are there to hang out with their friends. Don't bother them when they're just trying to vibe man! Except, this is also a place of business not simply a dispensary. So why the great rating? Well, after getting crap once, I've been very satisfied with my purchases since that time. When you find something that you like that isn't widely available, you may as well frequent the place that sells it, even if the customer service is ridiculously poor.

Been a customer of their John's Creek location for around 2 years now, and their employees are not only friendly, but provide me honest recommendations on devices, not because their pricey or trendy like other shops, but because they fit what I like or am trying something new and know what I don't like. They give me great recommendations on juice flavors, both salt nic and regular juices, and have hit it dead on 9/10 times. It's expected that the owner of the shop is knowledgeable, but having such a clutch staff like he does, makes this the best spot I've ever visited and the reason I stock up before leaving town. They are not the cheapest out there, but be wary of the shops that are. They are by far Not the most expensive either. To me they are priced just at the right price point. Fairly priced shop, also showing exemplary customer service, is something rare out there in the world of vape shops. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AS YOUR GO TO!!!! Just like it is mine!
