She would not address the issue of my request for the accounting records, only offer was to setup a phone call with Attorney Stephens, which has occurred on so many occasions without any different answers and/or results. Next steps, request copies of the accounting for my case again via certified mail, request a refund, file with the State Disciplinary Board and Attorney General.
