Federal authorities had questions and orders to my small business. I didn't know what to do or what…read moremy rights were. I have seen and heard horror stories about innocent people being locked up and charges being brought on the owner for things employees have done. I wasn't sleeping and had an ulcer that felt like it was going to explode from stress. I reached out to Mack Law Offices who agreed to give me guidance, representation, and assured me that they would take care of everything. Words can not express, nor can peace of mind be monetized, but representation from these fine gentlemen and the ladies that run the show in the front office was PRICELESS!! I should have called sooner. Trust me when I say, if you are reading this you more than likely need representation, even if you don't know it.

UPDATE: Here it is January of 2026 and still no results, it is impossible to get Attorney Stephens…read moreto even reply to a text, other than an occasional, I am tied up in court and will get back to you, which never happens. When calling the office, same answer, they will get him a message and he will call back, never does, or they schedule a phone call which ends up the same way. Something else you need to know, Joanne does not exist, when you call the office and get in touch with her you are really talking to Laurie Mack, who by the way is very short on the phone, continues to talk over you and will not let you speak even when asking if she can let you finish a sentence. Her I don't give a shit attitude along with the need for the deception? I don't know but wish I knew how shady this law firm is before I decided to pay them any money. I called to request a copy of the accounting for the money I have paid them and got the run around from the paralegal, which during our conversation, Laurie Mack aka "Joanne" had apparently been listening in on the call and interrupted. She would not address the issue of my request for the accounting records, only offer was to setup a phone call with Attorney Stephens, which has occurred on so many occasions without any different answers and/or results. Next steps, request copies of the accounting for my case again via certified mail, request a refund, file with the State Disciplinary Board and Attorney General. Post required to rate experience with stars. I only gave 1 because there is not an option to give negative amount.

Terrana Law agreed to handle the closing for my Lake Winola property purchase, but the process was…read morepoorly managed from start to finish. Although they acknowledged that I was unhappy, I never felt they took real ownership of the issues that arose. At the beginning of the process, I contacted Maureen, provided all my information, and left a message asking her to call if anything was needed or if any questions came up. I never received a return call. Because no concerns were communicated to me, I had every reason to believe the closing was moving forward as expected. As a result, I began preparing for the move by packing, shopping for furniture, and arranging painters and cleaners. The situation changed abruptly during the final days before my contract expired. Nancy from Terrana Law became involved, although I was never told why or when that change occurred. Over the last four days, the closing began to unravel due to a series of shifting issues, including: * Difficulty obtaining the necessary figures from the sewer authority * Delays involving the settlement sheet that still had not been completed * A last-minute requirement for IRS sign-off * Notice, just one day before closing, that an appraisal was needed My concerns were not taken seriously, and the lack of professionalism and client care made an already stressful process far more difficult than it should have been. In the end, I lost the opportunity to purchase my dream lake house. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to consider working with a company that values clear communication, accountability, and stronger client support throughout the closing process.
