Once you get out of the regular waiting room, there's a SECOND waiting room for you to wait in. And all of this for a literal 5 minute appointment with the doctor... There is such little parking and overall, just a frustrating experience coming here. This was my second time coming here because I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but it's so clear that this level of chaos is just normal here... never coming ever again...

If I have a bad flare up, the only thing that can clear it up and get me some relief is a mild course of antibiotics for skin issues. I used to have no problem getting that with my original doctor years ago when I was in high school but as the years went by and he retire I have gone from dermatologist to dermatologist who always insisted I used some creams/shampoos to treat it and they never worked. And of course the flare ups would come... get really bad... hurt bad...and make me go to the urgent care and have me take strong antibiotics to get it back to normal. So when I came to Dr.Sanchez office, I expected more of the same. I explained the situation, she reviewed it and she set me up to have the ability to get repeated refills of that antibiotic in case I get that flare up. Thank god! Nothing is worse that having a constant pain sometimes so bad that when u lay your head on the pillow it hurts so much you can't sleep... and not being able to treat it is frustrating. One doctor sent us home with a cream and told us to scrape the wart before applying it. The other froze the wart so poorly that it left part of his finger covered in a painful blister. I always read reviews before choosing a doctor, so I was hesitant to try another dermatologist. I'm so glad we came to Miami Center of Dermatology. From the moment we walked in, Isabella greeted us with kindness and made us feel welcome. Ashley, our dermatologist, truly listened and took the time to explain everything. She told us the wart was much deeper than the previous doctors had realized and explained why the other treatments were never going to work. She carefully removed it by scraping it out. At our two-week follow-up appointment, the wart was completely gone! This was one of the best medical experiences we've had. The staff was caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. The visit was quick, but we never felt rushed. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Miami Center of Dermatology to anyone looking for a dermatologist who truly cares.

Young (Hispanic) accented female, did not apologize, explain or try to smooth over snafu. She rudely & impatiently asked my name. I told her then was hung up on again! I am Hispanic, work with physicians & happened to have an Internist nearby hearing my conversation on voice speaker. He was shocked, as was I, & referred me to a colleague Dr. Kendall, whom I will be calling. Wonder if these dermatologists that staff such rude people realize how it affects their practice or if they even care! Do not recommend unless you have masochistic tendencies. What a shame for what might have turned out to be quality MD's.
