They know this and have excessive prices. My baby was doing well for a little while and I had nothing but praise for this clinic. Then I noticed how the charges in my bills were never the same. I brought my baby in every 2 weeks for 3 months and the charges for the consistent things changed, consistently. I'm still waiting for them to review my bills, because I know I was overcharged. When my baby stopped eating, I was expecting them to pump fluids in him, since they offered to keep him overnight. No instead they lied to me and said he ate. Even though they knew he was having complications from the cancer, they still insisted I bring him in to be examined, because he still was NOT eating. They knew they wouldn't find anything and charged me over 700 euros. Had an intense conversation with 2 doctors (the one didn't speak English very well) and they dropped 100 euro and said they would reprint the bill. Which is funny, because when I asked for the bill a bill to be reprinted before, they said it was not possible. After, at least, 5 days of not eating or drinking, I took my baby out to Ludswigburg and the doctor told me directly that he could run tests, but the findings would be the same, his suffering would get worse and to just end his pain. My baby is pain free now and Dachswaldklinik has lost all my respect. Dachswald doctors should have told me what Ludswigburg did! Not continue flushing money out of me. When your baby is needing assistance, the furthest thing from your mind is the cost. IF you go here make sure they inform you upfront what the charges will be. If your baby has to stay overnight, make sure they call you when your charges reach a certain amount. It's been 8 days. I guess I can go pay the final bill. GRR!

UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE WITH NOT A HAPPY ENDING! I didn't have time to read the reviews before I…read moretook my dog to ER at Hasenberg, and I really didnt have much choice e.g. pretty much the only 24 hr vet in the area. After some "shaky" diagnosis during the evening visit and prescribed doubled dosage of prednisone, we were let go. In two days with no improvements in my dog's condition, vets did a very detailed examination, mri, xrays, blood tests and etc. Found nothing wrong and couldn's explain why my dog's hind legs didn't work. Left the dog overnight to see if physical therapy would help to put him back on his feet, dog died in 24 hrs. no exact reason, only speculations. Autopsy wouldn't return our dog. Would avoid this place at any cost. not an expert, but I am not really sure if any vets here in germany can provide expertize on any serious issues except issuing pet pasports and doing regular vaccines.

However the staff did a lot to make him feel comfortable and were very nice. Dr. Müller was skilled and did a great job of explaining everything she was doing or procedures that were required. They were able to do blood work rapidly and at the office there. Also the waiting room is nice and has things for kids or families to do like books and a few blocks. (my daughter gave her approval as well!) Thank you again Dr. Müller and staff.
